TrustpilotOne aggressive sales person but good management response
I said I was I interested in a flat.A lady called me 3 times in less than a minute the next day.When I finaly picked up, I said I thought it was urgent as I had 3 calls back to back but that I was at work. The lady on the phone insisted, said that if I couldn't make it today or tomorrow before 4pm it would be gone. I said I couldn't, she said "ok" and simply hung up obviously upset without even saying good bye.Management called me back after my bad feedback and was very nice and apologetic saying this is not the way they normally deal with people. So not too bad in the end.

GoogleDexters have allowed a rouge tennent to move in above me. He constantly ays loud music. Vetting process is very bad. Essentially allowing anti social behaviour. I have complained 3 times to the manager. Nothing has been done.

I don't appreciate your drivers on the road blocking people to let all their cars pass by. They kept doing it junction after junction blocking lanes to let theirs through despite the red light.

They continue to ignore the many proofs presented against the landlord from his disrepair and several breaches of contract, making it impossible to reach any agreement. Therefore, I’d suggest you have your solicitors ready to take them to court since they will continue to deny everything based merely on their unknowledgeable opinion.
