Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._

Buying a house can be extremely daunting and Dexters have helped to ease the stress during this whole Process. Our agent Jamie Charlton worked incredibly hard to find us the right property and then for several months afterwards continued to smooth out the process and work tirelessly on our behalf to ensure the sale went through. Even through the holidays we were well looked after by Jamie´s colleague Jason Taylor who continued to move things forward and ease the process. I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.
