I have recently dealt with Ellie…

I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts. We had a slight issue at check-in and Ellie handled the matter very promptly even meeting me on-site personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wetherells. From the dealings I have had with her, I would say she is an asset to the organisation and you are lucky to have her!

Had a lovely gentleman called Will Gladstone-New show me around a flat, unfortunately it wasn't for me. But I felt I had to write a review purely because Will was so helpful! He knew lots about the property itself but his knowledge on the area was fantastic. As I have just moved down to London I don't really know much about the place. Will was everything you want from an estate agent and because of this I would highly recommend you book a viewing with him. Super helpful, super friend and dressed impeccably. Thank you so much!!

Excellent service - Dexter's acquired my former estate agents in 2018 and since then have been extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Having lived in 5 different places in London, Dexter's is one of the best estate agents I have come across. Our property manager Jilka Patel has been really excellent in helping with a variety of issues. From getting our tenancy renewed quickly, to arranging repairs, and also to helping us move out and find replacement tenants as we had to leave London at short notice. I've been really impressed with the flexibility and facilitative approach used. Most estate agents tend to be on the "landlord's side", but with Dexter's I got the sense that there is a real emphasis on making sure the tenancy works for everyone involved.

After having our flat on the Market for nearly 2 years with very little viewings, we switched to Dexter’s due to a recommendation. Jason, Hollie and Will were excellent to deal with and they had viewings booked up pretty much non stop. It only took a week or 2 for our first offer and finally agreed on a sale with our third offer not long after. They’ve also been excellent with the after care and following things up whilst it was all in the hands of the solicitors, which was really helpful as we don’t live in the country. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

One of the worst selling agents if you are a buyer. Very pushy in leading to a transaction and then super slow in securing any necessary documents and allowing for a proper valuation of the property. Total lack of understanding shown to the first time buyer, and more importantly very unfriendly agent - Dominic Fisk - at some point just told me not to call him again ever. When I was recently deciding to let out a property in the area - of course, I did not got with them. Overall - maybe good service if you are a seller, but be aware if you are a buyer and end up buying a property they are advertising.

Very good service, I rented an house with my friends, and the agent Nathan Walters was very attentive, and even with some difficulties from our part, we held us and helped with that. We had just some little problems when we arrived in the house, wich is very good and well located, but the agency took care of it straight away and we know if we need anything the agency will be there for us. Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress.
