GoogleWe own 7 Properties in West London and jumped between estate agents over the years always having bad experiences. from the agents leaving the tenants with plumbing repairs waiting days. and totally un-transparent pricing and hidden fees. you name it. about 2 years ago we let Dexters, who manage a property for us. the whole experience, response, punctuation is on point. i really cannot fault this company. Carla, a real breath of fresh air to communicate with. and the whole team in general. we are moving all our properties over to Dexters. even the properties out of their radius. going the extra mile for us. highly recommended for lettings.

GoogleI recently used Dexter Hammersmith’s Lettings services. The service was barely satisfactory. The agent assigned to us missed sharing crucial details like payment plan, bills, etc. If you use Dexters, you can be sure that they will work only on behalf of the landlord, without any consideration for prospective tenants. We were being pressured to make a quick offer and then make advance rent payments 2 months in advance. Once we made the payments, they became unreachable. After a lot of unsuccessful calls and emails, we were informed that the agent has moved to a different branch office. Thankfully, someone from the office did manage to close the case. But during the entire transaction we felt pressured and then left hanging with questions and confusions. Avoid Dexters if possible.

Their team doesn’t seem to speak to each other so you end up being the admin on their behalf. I’d give a lot to not have made the mistake to rent with them
