At the time when the letting market was described as "sluggish" and we were advised by three other agents to reduce the asking rent to stimulate some interest Dexters managed to find us suitable tenants who were not only prepared to accept our asking rent but also to move in as soon as the previous tenants move out without a period of interruption. Dexters and the letting team have gone above and beyond in supporting me as a landlord (especially when a leak occurred in the flat). I lived abroad for 3 years and they handled the flat amazingly. They were in coordination with the building management company as well as the tenants and kept me posted as the problem got sorted. They also supported the tenants amazingly in what was best for them all along. The team has been outstandingly responsive and supportive. Sarah and Sasha have been the best, thank you so much to you both and to the team. Definitely recommending Dexters if you want to rent your flat and have a team taking care of it all.

Having been tenants of Dexter's for 3.5 years, since leaving the property we have received zero correspondence from the property management team regarding the return of our deposit. It has been 5 weeks since the inventory check-out took place and despite numerous chasing we have not even been given the courtesy of a response. Lack of care and any kind of customer service seems to go completely out the window once you have moved out despite thousands of pounds of our money being held in a deposit scheme which we cannot get back because they simply won't respond. I have been working with Dexters Hammersmith for multiple months now. My direct agent has been Carla. She is not only the sweetest out there but also very professional. She genuinely cares for you as a client, shows patience and spends time showing flats as many times as you may need, which is so important in making a big decision like buying a home, especially if it’s your first. It is not a process that needs rushing and she showed understanding every time I had to change my mind about a flat I viewed. I have dealt with many agents across different agencies. No one to date has been as understanding, patient and kind as she has been. Typically unprofessional agents will make sure you feel as if you are wasting their time and they end up being less and less responsive or just blatantly rude in their communication style. Carla builds relationships and maintains those relationships whether you buy a home today or a year down the line. I lost count of the times I ran into her on the street, where we converse like friends for many years. You trust her and genuinely want to work with her. That’s all you need! If and when I fortunately buy a home working with her, Carla will be at that house warming party, quite possibly having a much deserved drink and shouting “finally”! :-) She is the kind of awesome agent you would want to work with wherever she goes!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have been actively involved with Dexters Hammersmith for the past nine months. My main contacts were initially Carla and subsequently Charlotte. Other Google reviews on this site, including that of Ms Natalya Kantovich whose apartment I purchased, talk about their staff's high professionalism, extremely efficient, friendly and responsive service. I totally agree with all of those comments. However, what made the real difference was that my wife and I were made to feel very special and valued customers. Other agents we dealt with during this period often didn't come close to attaining the first set of comments and none of them even attempted to make us feel valued and special. During the last three months Charlotte and I traded 222 emails and we met several times. I was particularly impressed with her non stop energy, self motivation and excellent communication skills. Nothing was ever a trouble to her and she was constantly pressing everyone involved, including me, to help complete the purchase. It was a great pleasure for us to deal with Dexters Hammersmith and we have no hesitation is giving the team our highest recommendations. We wish them every success in the future.
