She has been very helpful on every step of the process and was always responding to our questions in a timely manner explaining everything very thoroughly. She also helped with the referencing process chasing the referencing company for us when needed and explaining what information was required for every step. All in all, we had a very good experience with our house move with Dexters and Rachel specifically and we would trust them again for any future moves.

GoogleIve used Dexter's Hammersmith for property rental for about 7 years and have found them always to be excellent - finding good tenants, going the extra mile (eg arranging for council to collect unwanted furniture and going around to put it out on the street!) and always being easy, helpful to deal with - unlike some other agents that can be very "process bound" in terms of what they will or wont do.

My Agent Hannah Thelwell has always been a step ahead of my thoughts and has be a delight to deal with.
