GoogleMatthew, Hannah, and Avni are a great team who took a tough brief and did a great job with it against a very tricky economic backdrop. They were just the right balance of enthusiastic without sounding sales-y, and not once did I feel pressured into doing anything that I didn’t want to. In the end, I was extremely pleased with their work and with the final price I sold my property at with them. They succeeded where others failed, so would openly and honestly highly recommend their proactive approach - thank you so much to all of them for doing such wonderful job!

GoogleSearching for a new place to live is always a tough task especially if you are not familiar with the city. I chose Dexters and couldn't be happier. From the off Luke guided me through every detail and made the process of being a first time buyer easy. Luke walked me through every step and helped me find an amazing home. Without Luke and dexters I wouldn’t love this city as much as I do and have integrated as well as I have. He went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend!

GoogleI do not have any word to describe the appalling service provided by Dexters. We had put in an offer for a property which was much higher than the asked price and the vendors had accepted the offer 3 weeks ago, based on which a sales memorandum was sent to the solicitors. Accordingly we secured the mortgage and incurred expenses towards fees for mortgage advisor, solicitor and surveyor. After considerable progress had been made towards buying the property, Dexters suddenly called us to say the property will not be sold to us since someone else had offered a higher price. Although our offer was long accepted, still the property did not come up as STC or 'under offer' on Rightmove/ other sites and when asked about this, Dexters had said, it was to attract buyers for other properties and categorically denied showing the sold property to others. So, this particular person who had made the higher offer yesterday had apparently seen the property in November last year. Isn't it too much of a coincidence that someone would suddenly wake up after 4 months, find the property is still on the market but at a lower value than what it was in November, still put in an offer much higher than the asked value and even higher than our offer? If this does not reek of dishonesty and unethical under dealing, possibly nothing else does!!
