She always gives me sensible notice for flat inspections and deals with (or gets back to me on) all of my queries and issues within 24 hours. She makes time during her inspections to hear out my problems and is a great liaison between me and my landlord. It's great to have a personal touch and a history so that I'm not explaining everything from scratch to a different person every time.

GoogleI have been with Dexters for several years as a landlord. Together we have generally had very good tenants. Both from a lettings perspective and more importantly from a landlords perspective, Dexters have built a relationship of trust with me. We have on one occasion had very difficult tenants and Dexters assistance in resolving the situation amicably was much appreciated. How they handled that situation and the many many years of managing my property without issue leads to the building up of the trust. I think this is done in a large part by the people they employ, in my case Charlotte Kennedy who is my main contact for managing my property.

I now live a good distance away from Clapham but the highly efficient service Dexters provide means I rarely have to travel back, if ever. Charlotte Kennedy, my account manager, keeps me bang up to date with goings-on at the property and handles any issues with minimum fuss.
