GoogleGood service, in particular our property manager Charlotte Kennedy who has been lovely to deal with and very efficient at responding to and resolving any issues we’ve had. She was able to get definitive answers from our landlord in well under 24 hours- something I’d thought was impossible based on prior renting experiences! Very happy.

GoogleTerrible, they handled everything wrong, our house flooded from a water tank on top of the building and we wanted to find a way to break the contract and they just acted like there was no way out even though our solicitors told us otherwise, so sad.

GoogleI just recently found a place to rent through Dexters. They seem a good efficient company. I have also been dealing with Charlotte Kennedy a lot, who is the property Manager. She has been extremely helpful and has helped me sort out a few teething problems with the property.
