I had a very positive experience with Dexters throughout the purchase of my property. The sales team were consistently helpful, responsive and kept in regular contact throughout the process. Whenever things became a little stalled, particularly when progress with the seller's solicitor slowed down, they were proactive in following up and helping to move things forward. What I particularly appreciated was that Dexters continued to monitor the transaction closely rather than simply stepping back once the offer had been accepted. They regularly checked in, followed up with the relevant parties and helped keep everyone focused on progressing the purchase. Their involvement was instrumental in helping us navigate some of the delays and ultimately get the transaction through to exchange of contracts. I really appreciated their persistence, communication and willingness to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dexters team to anyone looking to buy a property. Their support made a real difference to what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.

Poor Communication Extremely disappointing communication from Natalia at Dexters. We tried contacting her several times regarding a property, but whenever we called, she was apparently “on another line” and said she would call us back. Unfortunately, the promised callbacks never happened. We repeatedly had to chase for updates ourselves. I understand estate agents are busy, but basic follow-up and communication should be expected when dealing with prospective tenants. Very frustrating experience.

I recently rented my house through dexters. After much consideration of them and other agencies, I ultimately chose Dexters as in my opinion they showed the most energy for the job, showed the most expertise and seemed to have the best set-up to find the right pool of tenants I was looking for. This was 100% the right decision as the house was rented at the asking price (higher than any other agency estimate) in less than a week, the handover process to the tenants was smooth and professional, and Dexters were very accommodating in understanding my preferences for the house, and experience looking after it. The people that looked after me were great, and really easy to work with so a big thank you to Devon, Michael, and Cameron, for all the advice and hard work. They did a terrific job.

I can't say enough good things about the Dexters team in Ealing. Our agent was Devon Lee and he was so kind and extremely helpful. We just moved to London from overseas and have been overwhelmed with finding a place to live. Him and all his colleagues advised us on which areas had good schools for our son. We walked in around 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and Devon spent the rest of his day taking us to listings and even drove us to some of the schools in the area. He went above and beyond and was truly looking out for us. Everyone else has also been so kind and helpful when I keep calling the office to ask questions about filling out forms and how the banking works here and such. This has been such a great experience during a very stressful move and we're so grateful.

Horrible branch, dishonest with very poor communication. Kept giving me fake appointments when they had no intention of showing the property and won’t be clear and forthcoming if they had decided not to proceed. You call and they pretend on phone that agents are busy and will call back and no one ever gets back. Total waste of time!! Avoid!!
