GoogleMy girlfriend and I have been out with Amarhl a few times now and although we haven't found our dream flat just yet, he has gone above and beyond to try and find it for us! He's a great guy and is always very easy to get hold of, we're sure we will find the perfect place in no time with his help. GoogleI've been using Dexters for the past 5 years to manage my property. During this time I have worked with several employees that have all been great, but Aaron Boag really stands out. He's been absolutely fantastic in every sense. He has proactively kept me up to date with regular updates of my property. He always gives me valuable and professional advice on how to manage each situation. And he is a genuine and lovely chap to speak to. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is a real asset to your team.

GoogleI ended up taking on my first home rental contract for the first time since being a student. Shan assistanted me in every way possible and I was not an easy client as I had no previous landlords or bills in my name and I'm self employed. I was worried I would be able to get a contract but they helped me find the right things and prove I was more than capable of paying a regular monthly rent. I'm very excited to move into my new place and live in the area of Ealing for the first time π

GoogleI contacted Dexters for renting a property, The letting agent showed me a few properties in Wembley and Ealing, out of which i opted for a property in forum house wembley. I was told that i need to pay a holding deposit of one week of the monthly rent just to place an offer, which i paid happily (Β£253) after reading several (misleading) positive reviews here. When the offer was agreed and tenancy agreement came in front of me, there was a clause where i cannot opt-out of property before completion of my one year tenure and they would incur significant costs in case if a choose to do so. The letting agent did not discuss the break-out clause before and was not agreed and it only came in contract. When i said that i will not opt for the tenancy agreement as this clause was not agreed before, they said i will not get my holding deposit back under any condition. I told them that i was mislead and this specific was not discussed before, however they d

GoogleLucy Thorn is one of the best estate agents we have dealt with. She was extremely proactive in letting our property and kept us updated at every stage of the process. GoogleI wanted to share my positive feedback from my experiences Dexters Ealing, and in particular with their manager Saif Afzal. Saif has really gone out of his way to try and find a rental property for my family and I, particularly given my requirements. He has shown a genuine interest in my personal circumstances to help solve our requirements. I was most impressed with his diligence and care. While our circumstances have changed since we first engaged with Saif, and we no longer require a rental property, I felt it necessary to share the positive experiences we have had.

GoogleWe've had an excellent experience with Dexters. The eagerness and ease of finding our new home for us was perfect. Anthony really helped with finding us lots of possible locations that met our criteria and then ensured the smooth transistion of securing our new place once we had chosen. He even went the extra mile and recorded a video of the property for us as we couldn't make a second visit. Top notch service and can't wait to move in!!

He made well considered suggestions and booked viewings based on my needs and I would definitely recommend him to others. My only regret was the flat I ended up taking wasn't through him! GoogleExtremely disappointing service. Worst ever experience with letting agents . PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN !!. Despite having signed the contract (which was nicely done by Dexters, Ealing) we were told 2 weeks prior to moving date that the contract IS NOT legally binding and landlord can pull out if he wants to. We got bullied into accepting a furnished property & to sign a new contract as each one of their managers told us nicely that we have no leg to stand on !!!! We took legal advice and the contract was legally binding but the managers at ealing branch kept insisting it is not binding. Despite signing the contract for unfurnished property 2 months in advance, a week before moving in date we ended up accepting a furnished property . Costing us a lot of money to pay extra to get rid of/store our furniture. And all Dexters seem to care about is the landlord (As they provide more business for dexters )and kept on insisting that contract is not legally binding. Basically we felt threatened .Please avoid if you can and do not go with them .
