GoogleWe have had an appalling experience with Dexters Acton. The team have been completely disorganised and there appears to be considerable lack of communication. On arrival the property was filthy and clearly hadn’t be checked out properly. We also had an issue as I was out of the country when we were due to pick up the keys and provide our passports, so had arranged for my name to be added to the lease once I was able to come in and present my passport - which I did as soon as I was back in London. Despite this and 6 months with no responses to our queries - I have now discovered that Dexters have lost or misplaced the sighted copy - an incredible concern as this was confidential personal data. Dexters have not provided the services that we have paid for (including the 3 administration fees when only two have been conpleted) and have not provided us with any explanation. We have now had to get the landlord involved. Terrible communication and absolutely terrible service - particularly over something that could be resolved very easily.

From the initial enquiry to keys in hand, he was nothing but helpful. I now wish the experience with Dexter and John had gone on longer as there is now a big John sized hole left in my life.
