GoogleHorrible experience with them (Dexters Acton/Shepherds Bush) at the handover time. No help at check-in, they left the keys at the concierge and said well, its all pretty straightforward!
Entered the house where everything was dirty, unhygienic, and broken!
Its been 3 weeks and i'm still chasing them to solve the issues. Better to go for property elsewhere!
Their property management team is more of a mis-management team! Horrible, horrible! Never again!

GoogleWe would like to commend the way that Wesley Kechroud treated us through out the process of renting the flat. He was very professional and helpful. We were in Greece and had to trust him completely.
After arriving from Greece and meeting him at the flat we were delighted to find that the flat had been professionally painted and cleaned and the furniture that we did not need had been removed. Every thing that we had been told about the flat was completely true with no exaggerations.
Now that we are settled in it is very comforting to know that Wesley said that any problems can be sorted out quickly.
