GoogleDefinetely wouldn't recommend! Where do I start? The flat we were about to rent hasn't been professionally cleaned: lots of spider webs, dust, mold, etc. From every 5 issues you report, they might get back to you about 1 but only after many calls and e-mail chasers. Different people dealing with same property (there was always someone ill, getting married or on holidays) and new person needed time to go through emails of course which took ages. Getting the deposit back took longer than it should. Maybe it's just with the properties managed by the agency and not the landlord but I still think it should not be like that.
