Flat hunting is never easy because you are looking for your perfect home and that can take time. Lucky for me, I called Dexter and I spoke to Jack, who found my dream flat on the same day. Jack was so amazing, helpful and so patient with me and my family. He handle everything for us from the process of negotiating and other request we had about the flat. It just removes the stress that you don't need. I just want to say a big thank you to Jack without him, we would have not have found our current flat. The whole Dexter's team; Jack, Poppy and Andrew were just excellent, they deliver a high quality service which is above the 5 star rating, I have given. Unfortunately my partner and I had to move pretty quickly out of our last place as the landlord decided he wanted to sell without any warning. We was really worried we wouldn’t be able to find somewhere around the Clapham area again that was not only available to move in to immediately but one we actually felt we’d be comfortable in. I stressed all of this to the agent and boy oh boy did she listen to all of our needs. Dunica was her name! This lovely lady didn’t even show me anything that wasn’t remotely what we wanted. Summer was certainly not an easy time looking for flats having initially tried with other Estate Agents proving to be difficult at the best of times. Then we made initial contact with Jack, who really put to shame other Estate Agents around Clapham. He was 100% committed to finding our dream flat...and it didn't take long for him to do so. I have been particularly impressed with Catherine Mcdowell Dexters property manager. Whenever there has been a problem with the property Catherine has been on hand to deal with the situation professionally and promptly. Catherine has dealt with all the repairs immediately and efficiently. She has kept us informed of how the repairs were progressing and even tried to save us money by seeking out cheaper quotes. Catherine also followed up the works to ensure they were meeting their deadline. Catherine is easily contactable and returned our calls and emails without delay with the remedy and answers. Catherine has relieved us of the pressures of dealing with contractors and tenants and made our new endeavour as landlords easier. Thank you Catherine for all your help and guidance, it is very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
