Dexters have been incredibly helpful with our flat hunt. We had been looking for weeks and then we started working with Jack (Jack Beacom) who was magnificent. Jack was super friendly and incredibly helpful, he made sure that all stages of the process went through as quickly as possible and without him I'm sure we would still be looking for a suitable flat. Dexters were able to arrange several viewings for flats that were suitable for us and were always very positive when working with us.

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Mike (Michael Evans) in our search for a flat to rent. Our long and exhausting search had gone on for well over a month before I came into contact with Mike. From our first point of contact, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were living in Scotland at the time however Mike was very accommodating of our circumstances and offered to visit the property and video call us for the tour. Very few other estate agents we had been in contact with had offered this. Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the offer process and I really felt he was trying his best to help us secure this fantastic property. He was in constant communication throughout the referencing process and was always very attentive and responsive to all our queries. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, the whole process went very smoothly and I can’t thank Mike enough for his efforts. 11/10

Not a professional service. My tenants had a leak last night and called the ‘out of hours’ emergency number. They couldn’t help. The property manager at Dexters the next day ( Friday ) could not get an emergency plumber until Monday. How can a company the size of Dexters not be able to get an emergency call out ? What am I paying them for as the landlord ! I’m shocked that Dexters simply are not concerned that my tenants have a problem and they expect the landlord to deal with this issue directly ! I cannot recommend Dexters if you expect a quality customer service. Avoid them at all costs

We recently rented a property with Dunica and the process was so quick. To be honest, at the beginning our experience with Dexters was not the best, as we had the viewing with another agent that completely ignored us during the flat visit, just on his phone and telling us that it wasn’t going to be off the market by the next day, so that it was pointless for him to research the answers for the questions we asked. We completely gave up on the property, until Dunica called us again, and within the week we had already signed the contract on that same flat. We are happy that Dunica was helping us out, we believe that the experience would have been so much different otherwise.

Great experience with Dexters. We had first hand experience of how difficult it can be to find properties in London so we didn’t hold out much hope of finding the perfect place any time soon. Jack had a number of viewings set up very quickly and with the help of Mike they were more than accommodating. We had signed and moved in within a couple of weeks and we couldn’t be happier where we are. The lads set us up in a great location with a great landlord, we have been living here 4 months now and we have had absolutely zero issues. Jack and Mike were a pleasure to deal with and very professional throughout. Highly recommend.

Copy of e mail sent him 2 days ago-he is the managing director Dear Mr Gibb I know I have praised all the people involved in the letting and maintenance of our property in Streatham previously but the latest reorganisation which involved splitting the team into separate divisions(no doubt due to the fact that they are busier due to your brilliant service), but this just to inform you the standard of service has not slipped one iota The lady currently dealing with my property Sky Joseph(based at Clapham High Street property management division) as been outstanding in dealing with various niggles and finally managed to get to the root of a long recurring damp issue(none of which I hasten to add was due to any fault by Dexters) and which had been a source of minor irritation for everyone. I have already expressed my gratitude to her but just to let you your reorganisation as stated previously has worked brilliantly and to make sure she gets due recognition.
