He also provided good advice re potential opportunities to extend / renovate which is something I don't know a lot about. Via email he has also sent useful area / school information as I mentioned we were going to spend the day walking around the whole area we are interested in this weekend.

GoogleThe management service is appalling! They try and charge a fee that I would not mind paying if they actually did any work. The team always promise me they have viewings and that they have 'coroporate tenants' but never had any offers. The Director and Manager of the Putney branch are always 'busy' when I try to speak to them. I would never use them nor tell any of my friends and family about them as they push you into dropping your price but have nothing to say when I ask them what else have you done to try and bring applicants around to the property!!
AVOID THIS BRANCH - unless you want a poor service.

GoogleWe were going to give a 5-star rating but this has completely changed, thanks to a recent Letting Consultant's little-to-no notice when it came to viewings of the property.
My wife had just finished taking a shower, and while a personal family video conversation was going on, she heard our door opening and, lo and behold the estate agent was already peeking her head in the hallway. She felt like she did not have a choice but to let them in and not cause a scene in front of the viewer. Of course, she had to be civil. She was also in the middle of packing therefore the property looked less presentable with massive bags of clothes. And as they left, she only found out about the email from Elizabeth Aylward, asking for permission, quote "Hi Guys, Hope you're well. I know this is last minute but I have someone wanting to view the propety today at 12.15. Would this be okay to go ahead?" Although this was sent at 0800 AM, 4 hours from when they came in at 12.15noon, none of us tenants had seen the email beforehand AND given a go ahead. If my wife hadn't been home, they would have entered the property without anyone knowing until much later. I hope this review will change such practice in the future.

GoogleCraig Coles. Simply superb in dealing with a roof leak and subsequent insurance claim dispute with very tardy and unhelpful block manager. Sees things though to the end. Made sure I was not out of pocket. I was very impressed with his diligence and professionalism.
Over the course of a 10 year relationship with Dexters, many improvements, leaks, and various other property related matters had been managed on my behalf by Dexters - always to a professional standard. I actually get the impression that customer service and the "get things done" mind set has actually improved further over the last couple of years. I know that I can call Craig at any time and will get helped. The Dexters staff seems to treat these properties as if they own them. It really is a pleasure in dealing with Dexters.
