I was looking for a flat to move in when i found an advertise on internet with the current flat . Ring the number and i was handled by Lee. He helped me with all the steps required to rent the flat and explain everything very clear and the transaction was very smooth. Really great service and i would recommand to anyone who want to move easily and with zero hassle.

GoogleExpensive, poor customer service and they don't take care of the properties they have rented. After paying almost £500 in commissions to them, they commited to change certain items of the house, several calls and it looks like it's impossible to deliver a cooker in London, such a hustle.... They rent the property with few lights missing and all they say is contact head office or buy them yourself.... The heating in the property is not heating enough, all they need to do is to purge the radiators to make it work fine, but they tell you to contact head office to ask permission to landlord to do it yourself (which I would if they weren't inside a metal case that I can't open) Missing some keys in the house, I can't open/lock certain doors from outside the house and the answer is you are not going to get these keys.... Hope they read this review and make me delete it, if you are a customer and you are reading this now you know what are you going to face.

GoogleDon't really deserve a star, but I can't leave a review without it! The customer service is absolutely appalling! The lady I spoke to was about to hang up because I was complaining about unannounced visit to the property! Absolutely unprofessional! Stay away!

I wholeheartedly recommend David Daniels to let and manage your property. I have been with them, as a landlord, for over 15 years now, and I find their management procedures very thorough and professional, often going the extra mile to make sure everything is catered for, both for the tenant and the landlord. GoogleAbsolutely terrible customer service - have not experienced this bad customer service ever. The letting agency does not reply to any emails directly. They only reply when the landlord has needed to get in touch with the letting agency directly to get things sorted. In addition to this, I was charged £380 for an agency fee for signing up with my flat even though the agency didn't even turn up to the viewing. The old tenant showed me around and answered my questions. Please do avoid if possible.

Stop writing your own reviews David Daniel , on here and other websites !! The language becomes obvious to pick out. Hated them, bunch of thieves. Avoid them at all cost or try something more reputable and trust worthy. Will never get your deposit money back ! Some of the other reviews on sites seems they write there own reviews, take my advice and avoid them for letting or for that matter any property sales.

Great customer service. I have been using David Daniels’s Services for many years - so that says it all. All staff that I have dealt with are professional and friendly. Lee Correia has found a new tenant recently for my property very quickly. The ladies I speak with on a regular basis are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble.
