TrustpilotAvoid - students beware.
Deposit vanished over the length of time it took to get anything in motion to be resolved. A previous tenants damage and years of neglect blamed upon ourselves. Cracked flooring, broken mirrors, mould and exposed wires in the unventilated bath room. Fake landlords details were given for contact.The house had not legally been split into two separate living quarters as confirmed by the water board.Infested with mice.

GoogleDo not go to this agency, one contract signed with them they don’t care about anything else, I been waiting for my deposit to be credited back to me and I have been calling them everyday and they always give excuses, the management team is awful so is their office. I will never rent again from them. AvoidNegativeResponsiveness

GoogleNot recommended. Be careful with their terms and conditions, you can lose money very easy with them. Renting a house you will wait long for credit checks and if you must move and they are not ready, you lose the deposit. Pay with cheque, no cash, no transfer. And if you don't receive any answer, block the cheque!

GoogleThis agency doesn't even deserve one star! They are rude and unreliable and will never be letting or buying a property from the again! I suggest to stay well clear! They don't care about there tenants and once they get there initial fees they are unreliable. Have had some awful experiences with them this past year! DO NOT USE DAVID DANIELS!!
