Absolute Nightmare! Be aware !After payed 6 months up front and agreed with the tenancy they gave me the keys without telling me nothing!As I got in the Flat , was disgustingly dirty.. after we agreed to be cleaned before... I had to arrange for a professional cleaning myself! Starting living in the flat , issues on issues, from hot water to light bulbs To having handy man everyday for over 3 weeks making more issues..They didn’t even sorry or anything, I should get at least a discount but they don’t care!Terrible

Never been without tenants and, although we have only one rental property, the service we have had all round has been excellent from letting to management. GoogleSince I've been working with David Daniels as an agent for my property, they have succeeded in making it my most expensive year of being a landlord. David Daniels are efficient at answering the phone and replying to emails. They are also efficient at finding workmen who charge a lot for the service, and find ways of increasing the charge while work is in progress.

I have used David Daniels as lettings agents for the last 5 or so years for a property I rent out. I can honestly say that in this time they have been consistently excellent and I have always found them to be polite, courteous, efficient and helpful. They find and vet good tenants quickly, are responsive to any queries or requests I or my tenants may make, and their fees are reasonable. Being a small, local firm they have a real commitment to maintaining their reputation amongst local landlords and do not appear to have a high turnover of staff (unlike some of the the bigger nationwide or London-wide agencies) which can so often destablise a business relationship lead to an uneven level of service.

GoogleThese are surely among the worst letting agents in London. I fulfilled the Landlord's asking price on a property and paid the proposal fee, they came back to me saying someone offered more than the asking price, after my submission. If you put down the asking price the house must be taken off the market. They also over-charged me on my checking fee, wanted over £400 to check my file, when I asked for a breakdown on what they were doing for that amount they simply reduced it by over £100, in other words, they were trying to charge me an amount that couldn't even be justified. Keep away from this people! Keep away!
