GoogleDavid Daniels, but especially Jason Horne, were really on the ball and helpful during the sale of our house. Jason went the extra mile in communicating with us and pushing the buyers and their solicitors for faster responses. He also helped in supplying house clearance and other extra services we needed.

GoogleAlways available, speedy, human, and professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. My main contact was Georgia and she was always friendly and helpful and provided me with the best advice. The team work really well together, they all seem to know what's going on with my property when someone I need to speak to is on holiday, which I don't think is an easy task but they make it easy. Smooth communication systems and professional human approach to their business. Thank you for all your work over 5 and a half years!

GoogleWe had a very stressful experience dealing with this letting agent. Our deposit has not been returned even after months of follow-ups. The way our case has been handled feels highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Communication has been frustrating and lacking clarity throughout. I would not recommend their letting services based on our experience.

GoogleHave had three episodes of contact with David Daniels and they have all been positive. Latest was when I needed a valuation and they managed to do it remotely using videos and pictures I supplied. Very quick response from Dean and MUCH less expensive than one of their local rivals.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with David Daniels. The rental process always felt clear and trustworthy, any time we had an issue it was resolved in a timely manner and communication was great. They checked in on us occasionally but largely left us to live in the property undisturbed as we wanted. It was the smoothest check out process I have experienced as they confirmed with the landlord and released our full deposit within a matter of days which was very much appreciated. Can highly recommend!

Very professional Estate Agents starting with the super photos, presentation and particulars from Dean, followed by very attentive Sales Agent George Seabrook who was always on the ball, kept everyone up to date and moved the sale along. GoogleJust wanted to feedback how professional and helpful you team has been in arranging for a heat retention installed and fan for the kitchen and bathroom of which I had to seek approval from the freeholder. This was installed a few weeks ago. I managed to purchase 2 recommended dehumidifier given the extreme cold snap we have been having in the past few years. I visited the premises last weekend and was impressed with your engineer high standards of work.
