Regular updates, proactively chasing solicitors and the buy side, and pleasant and informative throughout. The whole team, and in particular George Seabrook, have been excellent throughout. GoogleI had a great experience with James at David Daniels during my house purchase. He stood out from other agents I’ve dealt with by not being pushy or trying to play games to drive the price up, which made the whole process feel much more straightforward and trustworthy. He was very responsive over email and proactive in chasing the seller’s solicitors when things were delayed, which really helped keep everything moving. I would definitely recommend James and the team at David Daniels; professional, reliable, and easy to deal with.

GoogleJames was my estate agent at David Daniels, he has been responsive, reliable, transparent and most of all, calm throughout the (typically) stressful process of purchasing a flat! James went over and above to resolve questions and issues between solicitors to move things along as quickly as possible. I trusted his advice about when and how much to worry about things. I honestly don't think I would have been able to leave my rental property on the day my lease ended, and go straight to my newly purchased flat the same day, without his hard work behind the scenes. I burst into genuine tears of gratitude when he handed the keys over and he could not have been more lovely. I would recommend this guy to anyone :) Also, when he was on leave, his colleagues at David Daniels were also extremely communicative, reassuring and helpful. Love these guys.

GoogleDavid Daniels at Stratford was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. Lee Mills & Lee Correia took me in when the tenants I had found through another estate agent pulled out. They found me tenants in less than a week, this was the first time I was renting out my property, so I was very nervous about the whole thing, mainly getting the wrong tenants. However, they were very patient, answered all my questions, addressed all my requests and I never felt like a nuisance. I really recommend DD in Stratford, they’re very professional and approachable agents.

GoogleGeorge was the best part of the entire buying process. From the moment our offer was accepted he ensured that we were kept abreast of everything that we needed to do at all times. He was highly responsive over text whenever we had any questions (including on evenings and weekends) and also kept us up to date with the vendor’s progress on their end. As we moved through the process we asked to have access to the property a few times to get tradespeople in to give us quotes and George always made it work and ensured he was available to give us access to the property. Most people say this process is extremely stressful but George’s proactive communication took a huge about of stress and concern out of the journey. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

GoogleJason from David Daniels was brilliant! With a disabled person in our household, getting ready for viewings was a challenge. He only brought potential buyers who had shown they were in a financial position to make an offer. Once we had accepted an offer, Jason proactively accompanied us through the whole sales process and even liaised with the agent for the property we were buying. Jason was polite, prompt and professional at all times. We definitely recommend David Daniels for selling a property!

GoogleDavid Daniels has been assisting me for the past 8 years. I cannot find a single fault in their services. Each person I spoke to have always shown the highest level of professional customer care..they do care! They are rare gems in this trade. In particular Jason Horne - who has helped me sell my property - was always available to answer all my questions (a lot of them) and kept me informed throughout the process! I like to think we were a great team together. I cannot recommend him enough.

Lee Correia and the entire team are exceptional communicators; I was blown away by their quick responses, often even outside of working hours. What sets them apart is that they actually listen and take the time to get things right, rather than rushing the process. They are proactive, reliable, and clearly head and shoulders above other agencies in the area. If you want a team that is dedicated, professional, and genuinely cares about your experience, I recommend them 100%.

GoogleWe are new to letting out our property and David Daniels came through both with local and longevity experience in their teams compared to other well established national agents, as well as what looks a more simplified contract and commission terms, more weighted on the landlord than in comparison to the other agents. They took the time to explain the process, clearly explained their services and charges, and if/what we needed to do to ensure correct setup. They were always on the end of a phone call to answer any questions we had and were very patient and friendly through all conversations. I cannot commend them highly enough for how they engaged. Special call out for Lee Correia and also Lee Mills who were both fantastic. Since we have had the tenants in place, the landlords team take over and they have also been very good, with a call out to Debbi Chambers and Gina Hebben for updates and engagement on tenant enquiries. If you are thinking of letting out your property in the East London area or maybe further afield I would definitely recommend having at least a conversation with the team. Strong chance you may be pleasantly surprised.

Had a great experience with David Daniels. We moved at a very awkward time with the RRA coming in within a few days of our move-in date. Nevertheless we were superbly supported during the process and kept well informed. Very smooth & efficient process. It made a big difference and we're happy that both Lee's were on hand to answer any questions we had.

He made sure I received regular updates on the purchase and kept a really cool head when we ran into the occasional hiccup. In the final stages, he went out of his way to ensure that the move date happened when I needed it to, so I could move straight from one place to the next. Thanks again, Jason and team.
