Please do not use their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.

David Daniels have always been brilliant with me! I was a tenant for 2 years with them and each member of staff was efficient and communicated well. They all tried very hard to help both me and the landlord. Charlotte St Louis was incredible! I cannot recommend her enough! Georgia Hurley was always so kind, polite and efficient too. And the men were all gentlemen! I only left because I have moved back to Wales. But I rented in London for 5 years and only wish I had found David Daniels in the beginning of my time in the 'big city.' I highly recommend them all. But have to single out Charlotte and Georgia for impeccable manners and professionalism. Thank you all. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you all.

I lived in a property that was let by David Daniels for nearly two years. The team in Leytonstone were fantastic at organising my viewings and then at managing the whole process as we proceeded. They were completely hassle free and professional in the whole time that I lived there. On vacating the property were very good at organising and managing block viewings to reduce any inconvenience. I previously purchased my flat from David Daniels, and given my previous experience, I had no hesitation in contacting them for the rental of my property in Stratford. Lee Correia was my direct contact for the property, with Lee Mills assisting in his absence. Both were a pleasure to deal with. Lee Correia came to view the flat promptly, taking excellent photos for the advert. Within a week of my property being advertised, tenants had been found and we were preparing the final paperwork for the tenants to move in. I had viewed many properties with a lot of agents in Stratford before going to David Daniels. I wish i hadn't wasted my time and went there first. I saw a property I liked in Stratford on the Rightmove site online. I called up and was greeted in a professional and cheerful way by a member of staff called Lee Mills, he took my details and booked me in for a viewing immediately. Me and my fiance viewed the property that afternoon. We both loved the flat and decided to secure it there and then. Lee took us back to the Stratford Office and went through the property details and paper work to secure the flat in a clear and precise manner. Communication is poor. They ignore you if you want confirmation of whether the rent is increasing, and refuse to tell you until after you’ve signed on for 12 months (and then you’re liable to pay to break the contract if you want to leave). Very shady and dishonest - for two years we had problems trying to get them to confirm the rent amount. Also have to call them up in order to get an email response. Not great.

Having a tenancy contract through this agency was a really struggling experience. Inspections never came on agreed time (1-3 hours late), they didn’t bother with any “please be quiet, our kids are sleeping” during inspections. They also didn’t appear on move out date to do the inspection together and failing to provide the report within 10 days of the tenancy. Lots of bureaucracy within the company also makes it troublesome to communicate with them, it’s always “oh, it’s not me, my colleague will have a look in your inquiry and contact you later”
