GoogleI’ve used David Andrew’s for the last 10 years. My current PM is Anusha who has been amazing. She project managed a refurbishment recently and was dedicated to getting a great finish. As a team they are all really helpful.

GoogleAs a foreigner I expected to have a couple of difficulties renting a flat in the UK. The paperwork and the formalities that come with renting a property were indeed discouraging. However, Giuseppe Sammarco and his colleagues helped me through every step of the way, finding solutions to problems I didn't anticipate and making everything less painful as possible given the circumstances. As to Giuseppe himself, I should note that he is not only an exceptional real state agent - after all I did close the deal right away, even though it was a little over my budget intentions - but he is a very kind human being. He went above and beyond his duties to help me, even though he was not at all obligated to, and for that I'm very thankful.

GoogleWarning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD -- DO NOT RENT THIS FLAT!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give zero stars I would. David Brett (MD) is rude & condescending. It seems that no one is organised in the entire firm except for the new person in property management (Chelsea). Nothing but problems since the day we moved into our flat. All windows painted & locked shut when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to have someone open them during a massive heatwave last year. We have had black mould and damp for the past 9 months, 4 massive leaks in the kitchen from the poor installation of the kitchen extension & MICE!!! They book someone to come out to fix a problem and the scheduled David Andrew employee just doesn't turn up and have to chase them down with multiple emails/phone calls to have anything done. Warning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD is riddled with damp, leaks, black mould and the if you like sleeping past 6am, good luck as the upstairs neighbours are really loud and don't care about the tenants below them. Just below is just one example of the damp currently in the flat.

GoogleI have worked with David Andrew Estates for over 20 years most usually with the Archway office who handle rentals for my portfolio of private landlords, and I have been consistently extremely satisfied with their service. They take instructions efficiently and get on with the job of letting my properties. They keep me updated at every stage of the process and have always given me good advice regarding rentals achievable according to market conditions. They have always found me good reliable tenants and dealt with every aspect of the process - referencing, tenancy agreements, deposit registration, inventory and check outs professionally. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to landlords and tenants alike.

GoogleWouldn’t touch this firm. Am a landlord going through a divorce. Dealt with this firm before no problem. This time they went behind my back and rented property out on behalf of ex. Knowing that we are going through divorce/court and knowing that rent is due to be collected by solicitors. They have shafted me out of rent owed and given straight to ex despite me equal joint owner and them having this information. With solicitors now.

Truly a 5-star service by the whole team straight from the initial phone call with an initial brief to what we were after all the way through to occupation. The initial viewing was with Giuseppe who was professional, approachable, contactable & informative throughout the whole process and made the whole process feel comfortable for us.
