He has been very helpful and friendly, always available when we had some question to ask and when we wanted to arrange a second viewing of the flat. GoogleMalfunctioning boiler for over 2 months (winter) and a few dozen angry emails later, it's still the same... They're really good at ignoring and postponing tenant complaints so I guess if you're a landlord wanting to dodge your legal responsibilities, they're a good partner for you...
