GoogleMy partner and I were new to the UK and to flat-hunting in London. Flat hunting was definitely a challenging new process for us that often felt rushed and sometimes dodgy. Ryan and Kirti with David Andrew were a perfect contrast to this usual process: they were patient, straightforward, informative, responsive, and respectful. We never felt pressured into a let or agreement we didn't feel fully informed on. We are very happy with our new flat. Definitely recommend.

Natalie showed us around the property and was super friendly, helpful, professional and had answers for all our questions. further correspondence with Natalie and the team at David Andrew was really positive and during the renting process all our queries were answered with speedy responses. From the initial flat photography to getting our first tenants in, they've been 100% professional and making sure every question was answered and every box ticked. We dealt with Giuseppe and he's great at making sure we're being looked after all the way. Would definitely recommend DA to landlords to use as their agent.

GoogleI use these guys for my lettings in London and have done for well over a year and they are great. The Archway office is always very helpful with anything I have had to get done as I live remotely from the property. Jobs always get done quickly for the tenant and I have had no issues with getting paid. They found great tenants for me that fitted the house well (unlike the rather poor tenants a certain large chained agency found on a previous letting). Overall very good service from this lettings agent which in this day and age is a good thing. Highly recommended!

FacebookEverything started over two years ago when me, my partner and our friend where looking for a decent 2 bed flat in London when found one we all liked and setted a date for a viewing; the flat is perfect For us except one thing: on the add says clearly “TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS”, but once we see the flat, the second room has only a SINGLE bed with an extramattess underneith.
