GoogleI very much enjoy renting through David Andrew, they offer a great service. For property management I mostly liaise with Jess Innes, and it continues to be a fulfilling experience. Responsive and friendly, she has good logistical flair, she knows how to get the ball rolling, and always sees each job through.

GoogleTruly terrible estate agents. Couldn't be less trustworthy. Took a holding deposit but they kept showing the house to other people, agreed an offer with someone else while our offer was being decided on, and lied to us about the landlord refusing our offer in the end. As if finding a house isn't stressful enough.

GoogleWorst communication from any agency I've ever had. Always say they'll contact the landlord when I have a question and I never hear back. Still waiting for my deposit back after a month and a half for no reason or explanation. Avoid.
