GoogleThe reality is, as a young couple looking for a 1 bedroom, the market is not short of either offer or demand. This means many flats to view and a bit of a "car buying experience" feeling. Amongst all the estate agents we've met, Kasim has stood out by being comprehensive and efficient. He's been trustworthy and really went the extra mile to help us in getting the flat we wanted. We now have a lovely flat and the search was quicker than anticipated. It's always down to the people, isn't it?

GoogleWarning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD -- DO NOT RENT THIS FLAT!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give zero stars I would. David Brett (MD) is rude & condescending. It seems that no one is organised in the entire firm except for the new person in property management (Chelsea). Nothing but problems since the day we moved into our flat. All windows painted & locked shut when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to have someone open them during a massive heatwave last year. We have had black mould and damp for the past 9 months, 4 massive leaks in the kitchen from the poor installation of the kitchen extension. They book someone to come out to fix a problem and the scheduled David Andrew employee just doesn't turn up and have to chase them down with multiple emails/phone calls to have anything done. Warning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD is riddled with damp, leaks, black mould and the if you like sleeping past 6am, good luck as the upstairs neighbours are really loud and don't care about the tenants below them.

GoogleWe were very pleased with David Andrew selling our flat. The market was pretty quiet but they secured a good buyer and communicated well throughout. We had quite a long (and well advanced) chain which we were at the top of, and so the potential for things going wrong was high. Ella communicated very well, keeping everyone informed and making sure that there was good communication with both the buyer and the other estate agents in the chain. Overall they did a very good job and managed to get us a good price in a thin market.

Calls sometimes take longer to respond. When Ive requested maintenance they've sent good help and have gotten things fixed sooner than later.
