GoogleAll 5 star ratings are posted by Landlords, because they are only ones protected in a deal with these people. Tenants doesn' matter. I hope Google will introduce soon 0 stars rating for this type of situations. Highly NOT recommended (Neasden Branch)

GoogleThe worst agents I’ve ever dealt with. Very unhelpful - will not go out of their way to sort any issues out. Landlords beware, not an agent you want to have your property managed by.

GoogleChris Matt and James at Daniels in St Albans have been incredibly professional and helpful in getting our property let out. We were worried that with Covid the market would be challenging but they got it rented on the first day of viewings for the full asking price. Thoroughly professional and highly recommended.

FacebookMy wife and I searched for a house at the wembley and then booked a schedule with EMMA twice and she always canceled and left us waiting, we were very disappointed with the service, I really liked a house and at the time she warned us not to was more available, unfortunately we were not well attended by Emma.

GoogleBooked a viewing for a nearby property which the representative didn't bother showing up for. All calls went straight to answer phone and there has been no follow up the next day. No name was provided therefore noone was held accountable. Judging from other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

Dina was a very helpful lady, she listen to My requirements and tried to find me the best property possible .But am not satisfy with service by Daniel estate I am suppose to move on 23rd Oct,but they change date twice , which I feel unprofessional and a big inconvenience .
