GoogleWe recently rented a property by Daboraconway and their agent Harry handled all of the procedure, it was such a pleasure dealing with Harry and he helped us so much throughout the process, everything went so smooth and on time without any problem, I highly recommend their services and definite a 5 star agents to deal with!!

GoogleDarren Spraget, Branch Manager was helpful and informative. Communication with Daboraconway was poor and limited to one lady screening all calls and failing on promises that my calls would be returned. As a result of the calls not being returned we missed the opportunity to rent a property we showed interest in. Unsure whether to recommend.

GoogleIf I could give them zero review I would definitely would give that moreover i saw 3 bedroom apartment through them and we put an offer after that they still didn't remove the house from the market and took my deposit and start referencing i provide them all the documents and everything still at the end they said we can't give you the house as we are still not satisfied i said i can pay 6 month upfront they said no we need 12 months upfront they wasted the time and kept my £72 as they confirm i didn't pass the referencingNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently sold a property via DaBora Conway. It was a sensitive situation as it was the House of my late parents, I must say they were great. Sensitive, empathetic, professional and the communication was spot on, even when there was the odd bump in the road. A mention for Dee who was always helpful and friendly and a special mention for Keith who handled the sale of the property and was first class from start to completion. I can't thank you all enough! An Estate Agent that I would gladly recommend!

GoogleI’ve rented my flat with Dabora Conway for over 20 years, using their guaranteed rent scheme. There service is fantastic - rent always paid on time and zero void time. I’ve recently renewed the tenancy agreement for a further 3 years. The Acquisitions Manager, Philippa March, was fantastic. She negotiated a new higher rent for me and arranged for the redecoration of the flat, saving me the hassle. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleMy Mother recently became a client of DaBora Conway who fully manage her rental property for her. She’d been with another agent for 5 years who had been awful and decided she’d finally make the switch, as there was a tenant changeover. She couldn’t be happier with DaBora Conway. For the first time since renting her property to tenants, she has truly been able to sit back and relax and not have to worry about dealing with any of the aspects of the property management whatsoever. Staff at DaBora Conway are proactive, very thorough and communicate wonderfully. Her only regret is that she didn’t go with them sooner. GoogleCalled them up for a property to buy which they listed on Rightmove. I immediately called them literally just in minutes ( say 10 minutes) once the listing up on the Rightmove and they replied the house is sold. I questioned them how it is possible that a house sold in minute as someone have to book for viewing and so on. I got reply "Sorry sir, it's sold". I had to hangup as nothing to talk after that.

GoogleAt the end of a long rental period with the company looking after one of my properties (which had its ups and down but, overall, once we got used to one another, was OK), I used the company's estate agent arm to sell that same property at lease-end. Estate agent service was excellent. Can't fault the estate agent. Very competitive commission % charged and so excellent value for money

GoogleWhat a great renting experience. Dabora have been perfect managing agents and have provided the service for the flat I rented for over 3 years. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly by good knowledgable trades people. Very friendly and helpful staff, would like to mention Darren in particular has been amazing at sorting any problems that come up. Cant recommend these guys enough. If you get a chance to get a service from these guys then rest assured it will be good.
