Absolute scum of the earth. They rented out a property to us promising repairs would be done prior to the move - none was done. They said the property would be professionally cleaned - it wasn't. They said they'd repair any issues within reason - they left us 2 weeks without hot water. Now they say we weren't their customers! Interesting as the 30+ emails between me, Ashleigh (the rudest person I've ever met) and Darren discussing the issues must be a complete fabrication! Edit : update to their response : Landlord was notified of reason for lock change. I did not actually go on holiday, my mother died - thanks guys! There have been issues with the property well before the hot water and asbestos garages!

Helpful staff that want to help you find somewhere to rent. My housemate and I are currently having issues with the property we're renting and the landlord is unreachable to us. After a week of trying to reach the landlord to no avail, we tried reaching out to the agents instead. Called Darren first who didnt pick up initially but after I called Harry, Darren was quickly notified and he called me back. Was told they'll chase up on the landlord themselves as well. How useful this will be is unknown yet, however, we are hopeful this will get sorted asap.
