We first met Harry Evangeli and straightaway, he told us the options available for rent and suggested the best alternative for our family size. Without hesitation, same day, he took us to the property for viewing. We liked it, and right there, he proposed that we fill out the preliminary form, of which we were happy to do. The next working day, we were contacted by Darren Spraget, and if it wasn't for the experience, understanding, and patience of Darren and Harry, we would have missed out on the property when the process to get the deal over the line became obdurate. We finally got the property and have moved in because these two gentlemen know how to do their jobs. We are happy and our children are. Thank you Harry and Darren. Promises to repair items before move in, and then the chasing begins. 2 weeks no functioning boiler for showers during a heatwave with a baby Broken floorboards Windows that don’t close all winter Doors that cannot be shut Mould.. the list is endless. They also have no problem randomly letting themselves into the property repair items unauthorised. Tried to make us pay extra rent as they forgot to arrange check out clerk. Their maintenance people are rude and their maintenance leads made, what you could class as racist comments on the phone about their Asian maintenance staff. Glad to no longer having to keep a log of endless, mostly ignored emails. I rented for a year with DC (little too much detail here to make this up?). Wish they responded as reliably to repairs as they do to their reviews. 😂
