GoogleI would like to thank Mark and all the team at Cow & Co. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. Multiple emails from the team to ensure everything is running smoothly with email reminders sent to all parties including solicitors to make sure everything is on track. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe website is not updated and when you enquire online through rightmove you receive a message saying it's still available whereas when you call them up - it's often gone . There is no response back either when you enquire from Rightmove or through their website. Seems that there is lack of intent and also their online presence is not fit for purpose.
This review is a fake and we have had no dealings with this person in any capacity. We have had three fake reviews added recently and we believe it to be the same individual and an attempt to damage our online profile. Google are investigating and we are hopeful this individual will be tracked.

Brilliant Agent from start to finish! It was a real pleasure having the Cow&Co team supporting us through our purchase - we felt well-guided every step of the way. Mark, Charity, James and Dom gave us (and the seller!) fair and frequent advice and hands-on support, which helped make the process smoother and more transparent for all.

GoogleI don't expect much from estate agents but Cow and co is the worst. Rude and incompetent, unable to arrange viewings properly and really, really unpleasant if you don't agree with them. The positive reviews here are clearly fake - they read like marketing copy and Katherine Sayles is one of the owners.
We have no record of having any dealings with a "Dave/David Driscoll". We maintain very high customer service levels and have investigated our entire database to find a contact under this name. There is no trace of you on our system nor can any of the team say they have spoken to you. In line with the above standards, we take any complaint very seriously and should you wish to make any comment would kindly ask you to call us and tell us, more specifically about your experience with Cow & Co? We are not able to recall any disagreement with you or any issue arranging a viewing for someone with your name. Finally, our reviews come from valued customers who have taken the time to share their experience with us. We hope to hear from you directly.

GoogleI love Cow & Co and the unique service they offer that is tailored to todays digital first property market. I've been a landlord and they were great at finding a range of tenants and managing the property for me whilst I was based in Sydney. I've also been the seller of a property; they advised on strategy, talked me through the analytics, and helped me find the best deal for my property. It's a family operation and the whole team give a personable service instead of being just one of hundreds of properties with some of the larger networks. I've recommended Cow and Co and will continue todo so.

We had had no prior experience with them and found James, Kat, Emma, Elena and everyone we dealt with to be professional, generous, helpful, honest, hard-working and extremely dedicated to what seemed like the joint goal of getting the sale of our property over the line. Each time we ran into a stumbling block, James and Kat anticipated the likely problem, talked through the various possible options and helped us to find the most beneficial solution. Cow and Co were a revelation in that they genuinely put our interests first, recognising that the most likely way to a successful sale was to keep the dialogue between seller (us) and buyer straightforward and transparent. GoogleMy worst experience ever with an estate agency. I viewed a property with them, started referencing, paid holding deposit nearly everything was agreed only waiting for some renovations and to move there with family and I served end notice in my rental place at that time. Since paying the holding deposit no one contacted me, I chased them to ask about the renovations. In my second call to them after like 2 weeks asking why I didn’t hear back from them they sent an email that the property is not available anymore, they paid me back the holding deposit. Really non recommended estate agent really bad in communication and no following up at all.
I am really sorry that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately as we told you , the landlord, due to personal reasons was unable to rent the property. The moment she told us, we told you and transferred your deposit back immediately. This would have been stressful situation for you and we are sorry that you have had difficult time. It was not our fault that the landlord decided to not let the property. We wish you well with your house hunt.
