My wife and I purchased our home through Cow & Co in 2024. Emma Mackie and the team at Cow & Co were incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating throughout the process. Our many questions and emails were responded to quickly throughout, and they did a great job keeping everyone on track with the many steps needed to complete a home purchase. Having a great experience with Cow & Co as a buyer, I can certainly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, full service firm to list their home or purchase in west London.

Made an offer for the whole month and no one proceeded the case. It was weird that they never requested for my details. I asked the current situation of property but never get any responses as the offer is too low in eyes of the agent but it’s price is still set within the “Range” and I sent the agent the email again. They got blocked immediately. Same as the post a year ago ( Harry Norman ) The guy I spoke is James Cooley who is the founder also seemed to have an attitude problem and hung up the phone on me too. Totally repeated the incident posted the review here before. How terrible it is. If they are unwilling to sell its price , please tell the client directly with professional skepticism . Never imagine this will be reflected in his response too. I understand they are too busy to serve the high quality clients and take more efficient ways to filter the clients bases.

Mark Coden at Cow & Co was brilliant. Was introduced to him from a good friend who also sold recently and right from the start full of good energy and positive vibes on selling our property at the best possible price. Communication with him was on point, always answered all our questions straight away and was there for us. Having an agent who is on the ball even when you are away was the biggest thing for us as we moved Country. They care about what they do and for their clients and we felt valued - we were not just another family in North London selling their home! If i had to sell again, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sorry to say our experience with Cow & Co was not what my partner and I hoped for. While buying our property it was very hard to communicate with them. The only good point was the InTouch progress tracker that gave us a bit of clarity. Situations like informing us that we needed to complete on a date that hadn't been agreed by any of the parties involved, being rude to our solicitor, threatening to put the propriety back on the market during final stages as they could "get even more" if so, etc. gave us quite an unsure/scared feeling overall to the point that we didn't even know what to expect in the terms of completing our purchase. Even trying to get an answer to where we needed to collect the keys took many emails and was super confusing. We know buying a house is stressful but we hoped it wouldn't be such an unpleasant experience.

Absolute shambles Update: did later receive an apology call so that was appreciated, but mentioned they need to rectify this issue on their system to avoid similar future problems

We have been really impressed with Cow&Co, the whole team really does work together to keep momentum up, supporting both sellers and buyers along the way. It was a difficult decision for us to sell, but they were so professional and straightforward which made it much simpler. Emma, Charity and the rest of the team really worked with us to make sure it all went forwards as smoothly as possible with really clear communication and updates between all parties, never shy to pick up the phone and let us know of any changes along the way.
