GoogleWe were impressed by the effort Cow & Co dedicated to selling our flat, They knew where to pitch the property in the market and Kat or James were always available and responsive with feedback. As a result we were receiving reasonable offers within a month of appointing them, in what had been a challenging market. I would recommend them, particularly for their high standard of personal service.

GoogleWe are so pleased that we chose to sell our house through Cow & Co. From the start the process was stress-free and quick and that's due to the professionalism, expertise and care provided by the whole team. GoogleExcellent experiences with Cow and Co especially with Mark's professional help, made my life much easier. Highly recommended!
Really pleased to see that you were happy with the service that Mark provided. Mark has been in the business for 37 year and knows harrow inside out. If you do decide to rent the place, Mark can help also. Good luck with everything.

GoogleMy husband and I have just rented a house through Cow & Co. Emma and her colleagues made the whole process very easy and efficient for us, from the first viewing to the communications with the landlord and the signature of the tenancy contract. All paperwork was done online and without a glitch, in accordance with our tight timeline. Great estate agents!
Thank you so much for your kind words and review. I am glad everything went smoothly for you.

GoogleJames did a fantastic job helping us with the acquisition of our new house as well as the disposal of our flat. They went far beyond what we would have expected of an estate agent to get the deal over the line, highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your amazing 5-star rating of Cow & Co Harry! We appreciate hearing that James did a fantastic job helping you with the acquisition of your new house as well as the disposal of your flat. It's wonderful to know they went far beyond what you would have expected of an estate agent to get the deal over the line. We're thrilled to get such a glowing review and we thank you for your recommendation.

GoogleSorry to say my experience with Cow & Co was pretty abysmal. Firstly the co-founder didn't turn up to a viewing and then they upped the price on the property by a large margin (or priced it incorrectly to begin with but didn't want to admit their mistake). The eventual apology phone call offered zero tenant fees as a "gesture of goodwill" yet zero tenant fees was already stated the original listing. Mind boggling behaviour for a new business .
We are really sorry to hear that your experience was not satisfactory. As discussed at the time we did have a glitch on our system which can happen with a new business and we did apologies for the error. We offered you zero tenancy fees on ANY property that you rented through us ( not just the one advertised ) as a good will gesture for the error. This does still stand Ben. Please do call us if you would like to view any of our properties. We would love to hear from you again Ben and we wish you all the very best with your property search.

GoogleReally good experience with Cow and Co, from the management down. James Cooley did a really great job of taking on board our needs and concerns after being failed by another estate agent. They delivered on exactly what they said they would in a calm and upbeat way, explaining everything and giving options along the way. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe have used Cow & Co letting services on five occasions never to be disappointed with the tenants they have found for these flats - Always professional renters. Local agents could not compete with the professional service Cow & Co provided to us. We have no hesitation is recommending Cow & Co. We have now instructed them to sell a property for us and I have no doubt that the price it is being marketed at will be achieved.

GoogleThis agent seems to always list properties with guide price ranges of 300k-400k. I assume they are either attempts at manipulating potential buyers or just shows a complete lack of ability to correctly value properties. Attached screenshot …

GoogleWe have nothing but good things to say about Cow & Co - I have been dealt with a number of agents in the past and Cow & Co are an extremely refreshing company to deal with. They have really taken the time to get to know us as sellers and our property. We received almost immediate feedback after every viewing which I have found to be a very rare occurrence with other agencies. With better service and lower fees I’m so pleased we made the decision to sell our property through them.
