Really happy and excited. The ladies at coppicehill have been great. Tamzin and Lyudmila are so helpful and informative. It’s not been all plain sailing but I’ve been informed all the way through. Got to meet Paul from the site team and he has reassured us that the team would sort out the snags and get them sorted. Looks like a great team and very customer focused. We moved in to a countryside property in June 2025 in Warrington. The roads are still unfinished as are the pavements outside. You cannot get through to anyone, multiple calls and emails completely unanswered. It is an utter disgrace that you pay high prices and receive this level of service. We still have outstanding snags too but trying to get this sorted is completely impossible. Avoid this company at all costs!

Given the poor site planning, the houses opposite us were built three years after we moved in. During the whole construction process, vehicles were parked everywhere, causing a lot of inconvenience to residents. In addition, we often found litter in our front garden. We escalated these issues to customer service many times, but they did not consider them to be a problem.

We are also disappointed to learn that you felt your concerns were not taken seriously when raised with our customer service team. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We take all reported issues seriously and aim to communicate clearly and consistently throughout any resolution process. We would also note that we have been in regular contact with you, often on a daily basis, to address your concerns and provide updates as matters have progressed. Your comments regarding changes to agreed actions following inspection are particularly concerning, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure our processes are fair, transparent, and consistent. We appreciate that dealing with these matters has taken up your time, and we regret any stress or inconvenience caused as a result. Feedback like yours is important in helping us improve both our site management practices and our customer care approach.
