We also take concerns regarding mould and safety within the property very seriously, and we are sorry that you felt your concerns were not handled appropriately or with the level of support you needed at the time. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, including the issue in the garden that resulted in an accident, and we apologise that you had to pursue this more than once before it was resolved.
