GoogleApartment very central but in a quiet street in London, renovated, very clean. The person in charge of management always responded very quickly to all the questions we asked them. The quality-price ratio is more than reasonable when it comes to the city center. I recommend it

GoogleVery good location of the apartments, close to the Underground Earl's Court. Large supermarket right around the corner. The apartment we had was small, but sufficient for a short stay. The kitchen equipment could have been a little more extensive. A toaster would be great and unfortunately we only had 1 knife for cutlery. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The apartments are definitely an alternative to the hotel.

GoogleThe accommodation is newly furnished, has a small, practical kitchen and comfortable beds. It is very clean and centrally located near Underground. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, which can be a problem for travelers with luggage due to the narrow stairs. Unfortunately, it was very warm in the room day and night, even without heating, which did not promote restful sleep, nor did the very loud street noise (even at night). Nevertheless, we had a good trip and if you don't plan on having a lot of room, it's definitely a fine place to stay.

GoogleExcellent little place to stay!! The well equipped studio I booked at Inverness Terrace Apartments (Flat 11) was very clean and in an ideal location with 2 tube stations within a 5min walk - Bayswater (Circle and District lines) and Queensway (Central line). There are plenty of restaurants and takeaways also within walking distance to choose from, and if you don't feel like going anywhere then you're spoit for choice from the usual delivery apps. The studio is small, but if you're like me and just want a clean, safe place to stay whilst having the access to explore then this is perfect. There are bigger apartments than the studio too. I'll definitely be back again.

GoogleFantastic one-week stay in Mar. Immaculately clean one-room flat on first floor. V high ceilings with all the amenities of a luxury flat in a super quiet and beautiful street. Under-floor heating was a bonus as it was very cold, snowing at one point in London! Brilliant location equidistant to Belsize Park and Hampstead. There's a sofa bed in the sitting room so practical too. Will try to get this flat again in June, this time for a longer stay! Good comms via email. Thank you, Nicole, and team.

GoogleThe Earls Court apartment I stayed in was great, in a fantastic location and had pretty much everything I needed. The bed was very comfy, it was easy to get in and out of the building and the bathroom was fantastic. The towels were lovely and soft. The TV was easy to use and had Freeview as well as Netflix and Youtube. The surrounding area has lots of supermarkets, restaurants and parks. Since the apartment was on street level the windows were frosted which was not ideal, they were also small and not positioned super well. The room itself was pretty tiny as well. I was disappointed by the lack of oven and some of the cups were not clean on arrival. However I did really enjoy my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere centrally-located.

GoogleThe apartment was/is attractive, and was spotless and very well appointed. It is situated in an attractive location, handy to public transport and it's very close, in need, to the Royal Free Hospital! There are many places to buy food for yourself, and is well served by a variety of restaurants. There are always improvements one can make. I was surprised there were no bedside tables lamps. Apart from that, there are a couple of other minor improvements one can make: no spare rubbish plastic bags; shower door was dislodged, but promptly fixed; supply of paper towel in the kitchen would be helpful. I would be happy to return there.

GoogleSmall apartment ideally located, 3 minutes walk from Earls Court (Picadilly, District, Circle Line) in a quiet area and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Impeccable cleanliness. A team that is very responsive by message and accommodating, particularly with luggage. We were in the small apartment on the ground floor (n6) where unfortunately the noises of the door, corridor and elevator were heard a lot. The bed seemed smaller than the French standard at 140. Despite this, I highly recommend

GoogleNice and Cosy little place. Everything you need within arms reach. Could do with a potato peeler and a knife sharpener but all in all it was a nice place to crash out for a night or two :).

GoogleThe Concept Studio Apartments are in a great location for exploring and enjoying Notting Hill/Holland Road/Kensington areas. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The studio we had was very clean and comfortable, though the door did stick and was difficult to open or close.PositiveQuality, Value

GoogleWonderful stay, just set your expectations for size. I have lived in London so I was totally fine with the size of the room knowing that it is the reality of living in central London, but just realize that is how things are. The room was perfect for my needs, amazing location, clean/modern, and everything was smooth and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

GoogleThis apartment was superbly clean and great for a solo traveller. It was really near to Earls Court Underground for you to move around London city. Furthermore, just a 15 minute walk to Kensington. I really enjoyed my stay however I would suggest providing a toaster in the flat in addition to the other small appliances. I cooked all throughout my stay and the utensils were enough. I would definitely recommend staying at Cromwell apartments!

GoogleGood apartment very well located. The only bad thing was that the wall faced the entrance hall of the building, and every time someone left or entered, the wall being so thin, it was a scandal (for a bad night's sleep). In addition, the porch light turns on by itself when people enter or leave as well and the window faced directly in front.

GoogleIt fulfills the function. In the end, we tourists are out all day and you just want a bed and a shower that is good. The room is a little small but everything is clean. The only negative thing is that they were missing amenities and toilet paper. It was very little for 5 days, two people. Very close to the EARLS COURT metro.
