The location of the apartment is excellent. The metro station, shops, restaurants, cafΓ©s, and everything you need are nearby. The main attractions are also easy to reach and not far away. The building and the hallway are very clean and well maintained. As soon as you enter the apartment, you can immediately notice how clean and fresh it is. Everything was spotless, modern, and well organized. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. This accommodation exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely book it again in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located place to stay.

This modernised Notting Hill apartment is at a super convenient location and over-all we enjoyed our stay there. It's right on the corner of Portobello Road and a stroll to the world famous market and also very close to buses and trains, and restaurants ( and pubs ! ). Our apartment, although small had a balcony on which we sat to have breakfast ( very nice ! ). The only issue we had was that the apartment was always very warm even after we discovered the floor heating and switched it off. However, we did keep the door to the balcony open when we were home, except at night . There was a small fan supplied but an overhead fan would have been better. The apartment I imagine would be much less tolerable in the summer ( we were there in Autumn ). We would certainly recommend the apartment but without fans, not for summertime.

Our stay at Golders Green Serviced Apartments by concept apartments in London was very good. It was very clean. The kitchenette was great; it had everything we needed. The bathroom with a shower was very nice. We liked the dining area with a table and two chairs, which made for a pleasant breakfast. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit narrow and very high. Also, the apartment is located on a very busy street (even at night), so it was a little noisy. All in all, though, we had a really great stay in London.

The duplex apartment allowed me and my daughter to maintain a good level of privacy. The space was recently renovated and was delivered immaculately clean. The bathroom is small but has a large, comfortable shower. The bed was comfortable. All the amenities are new and in good working order. The location is extraordinary, being close to two subway lines, markets, restaurants, fast food outlets, etc., and Hyde Park. The neighborhood is lively both day and night, but not noisy at night. The windows could be improved (only 1/4 of them open), resulting in poor ventilation, which can set off the fire alarm if someone is cooking. (It would be helpful to have written instructions available online for disarming the alarm, as you'd need to call to find out what to do.) The staff is readily available. There is no luggage storage. There is no staff present on site. Unfortunately, only a physical key is provided (I believe cards and/or code locks have become obsolete).

Apartment was easily accessible by tube or simply walking. Great location for strolling in mostly residential areas and close to lovely neighbourhoods. There are parks, shops and gastro nearby. Communication was efficient and clear, keys easy to find. The apartment was very clean, great shower, tea and coffee available. Proximity to King's Cross station means a bit of disturbance on the street at night but the bedroom is on the other side and quiet.

The apartment was great. Spacious , good bathroom shower , fridge We had a basement apartment that was very warm due to lack of air conditioning. The stairway down to the unit was very narrow for suitcase manoeuvring. Location was good. Close to Euston train station Clean unit Biggest downfall by far was the heat and no air conditioning Great Italian restaurant next door. Excellent pizza πŸ•

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a clean and quiet neighbourhood, tube and bus stations are nearby. Regarding the apartment, it was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchenette, clean towels and bed sheets. The room had a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. The communication with the host was great, they were very kind, they offered us every information needed in detail and helped us with everything we needed. Kensington is a pretty neighbourhood with clean and beautiful buildings, we felt safe here at every moment, close to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens. For sure when we’ll be back in London we’ll try to stay again at StayPrime Kensington Serviced Apartments. Thank you

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was perfectly organized, the location was close to the metro. The accommodation unit was very well equipped. We lived on the third floor, but the accommodation is equipped with an elevator. However, we have one small flaw in the beauty of the accommodation and that is the bed. First, it would require a lower mattress, or a higher edge of the bed so that the mattress is almost hidden behind this edge. Currently, we were sliding down from the mattress. This was the only disturbing element during the night. Otherwise, we can only recommend this accommodation.

Clean and quiet apartment The apartments are an 11-minute walk from Paddington station. The nearest underground stop is Edgware Road. From there you can go anywhere and explore the city. I booked the basement flat. To collect the keys, they send you a code to enter the main building, then you have to go back outside and go down the exterior stairs. The apartment is very modern and very clean, and it has everything you need for cooking, including a Nespresso machine. There are capsules and sachets of sugar, NescafΓ© and, of course, tea. A Tesco Express supermarket is 5 minutes away, open 24 hours, where you can shop at reasonable prices. It’s a very quiet street and the large bed is very comfortable. Right in front of it there is a very large smart TV with all British channels as well as Netflix, Prime, etc. The bathroom has a very modern shower and includes shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There is a very large wardrobe, 2 spare pillows, an iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. To mention something negative, a toaster was missing. The fridge is not very quiet, but it didn’t bother me when sleeping. I would change the bed base: it’s too high and it’s already starting to make noise.

Clean, tidy, neat. Plenty of space for two and close to transport which is always great. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs but requires Β£2 per load and since most of London is cashless, having change on you could be a problem. Otherwise, loved it and would definitely stay again!

The location and the apartment are very good. The cleanliness is also fine. All the furniture is relatively new. The small kitchenette and the nearby supermarkets allow for a lot of independence, so you don't have to eat out constantly. The only thing you really need to consider when booking is the size of the bed. I estimate the bed is about 1.20 meters wide, which is really quite small for two adults. It would be easy to equip the apartments with 1.40-meter or 1.60-meter beds, as there's plenty of space. Perhaps this will be changed at some point.

The accommodation is wonderful, especially the balcony. It has absolutely everything, from a hairdryer to an ironing board. We did perhaps miss having a coat hanger near the entrance for jackets. The bed was a bit narrow and creaked. The balcony could use a bit of cleaning. I must commend the young man who handled the cleaning; we asked him to change our towels, and since he didn't have clean ones on hand, he left them outside our door the next day.

We had a great stay here. It’s in an excellent location, it’s clean, the main door slamming is a little distracting but we weren’t disturbed by it too much. The only downside was the mattress in our room (red kitchenette), it was extremely uncomfortable. It has zero springs; it felt as though we were sleeping on a cardboard stuffed futon mattress. As someone who suffers with back issues, this was not ideal for me. So although I’ve rated it 4 stars, the mattress is the one thing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Ideally located, just steps from a bus stop and a 5-minute walk from the metro. The studio was functional, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and efficient! One small drawback: the stifling heat day and night, despite the cooler outside temperature. We really suffered during the night, being on the ground floor with a window that only opened 30 cm. No ventilation was possible during the night or when we were out. A heat source was likely the cause of the problem. What a shame! Perhaps something should be installed in front of the window to prevent anyone from getting in, and the window should also open wider!

I stayed in a semi-basement room. The room was very clean, and the shower worked perfectly; I was very satisfied. The kitchen was also a great help. I was a little worried because there was no receptionist, but messages were reliably received, and I could contact them anytime with questions; they were very helpful. I was anxious on the first day, so I changed my plans slightly and checked in at a less late time to confirm the entry procedures and key location. Since I had an early morning flight, I left my luggage at a luggage storage facility in the city, did some sightseeing, and then checked in. Needless to say, the location is excellent.

Everything was great. The location is excellent, and the apartment is much better than it looks in the photos. The separate bedroom makes it more comfortable. Very good.

There was just one issue with the temperature. Although we had a fan, the heat generated inside the room made it difficult to stay.

Great location for exploring London. The apartment is very conveniently located near the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Hyde Park is also just a 5-minute walk away. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. With two rooms, it was very comfortable for us. Thank you, Britta!

Lovely, small, centrally located apartment. Everything was clean. Small kitchenette available. Ideal for a city trip. Check-in via code, no reception. But everything worked perfectly and without any problems. We would recommend this accommodation. The bed might be a bit high and narrow for some.

Good, very convenient, for travel over London and we would love to go there again Liked Β· Room was clean, neat and well thought-out with a microwave oven, convenient sink, decent bed and a smallish bathroom. The property seemed safe. It was convenient for pubs, restaurants, shopping and (of course) the Tube. Other residents were not noisy. There was plenty of light through the windows. Disliked Β· Some - not a massive amount - of traffic noise at night, but this was Central London after all. There were a lot of stairs, but we both needed the exercise.

Pleasant, spacious and clean. Easy to find and instructions were very easy to follow. Very good location, 5min walk to the tube and 15min walk to paddington station, also very walkable to Mayfair (25min) and Marilebone centre (20min). You can hear the people walking above quite loud and work being done early in the morning. But i was already awake so it was fine.

Everything perfect with my stay...Clean with nice view and windows that can open to let fresh air enter the room...I booked the small studio apartment and was in the 2nd floor...The only disadvantage was that I had to lift my luggage up to the stairs but it's understandable because these old classic buildings can't have easily a lift...I recommend it for sure! Thank you
