PLUS Apartment 1 is separate from the rest of the apartments with its own entrance in the basement. With a window with some daylight. Apartment itself has plenty of lighting. Heating and underfloor heating is fine. We were there in December, so we didn't pay attention to air conditioning. Apartment is spacious for London at this price. Enough space to walk and live. Lots of closet space. Good kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. With fan and air extraction. Double bed 140cm is on the small side. Memory foam mattress was ok, but may need replacing. A big plus is the location in a quiet car-free street. Shops and Paddington station close by. Two metro stations nearby, but much closer are several bus stations. But we are big proponents of traveling by bus in London. You need to familiarize yourself with the bus system, especially regarding the stops and direction of travel. But you can figure it out with Google maps or Apple maps. It seems slower, but in practice the bus is often faster. MIN Stairs down are narrow and steep. Front door closes poorly because a handle is missing on the inside. Shower is not large, but sufficient. Toilet is placed too close to the sink. We are not tall, but our knees hit the unnecessary cupboard under the sink.

Immaculately clean room for our visit. We stayed here as it had easy access for Alexandra Palace and we could use our Tesco vouchers. It is literally one bedroom with a bathroom and kitchenette. As clean as it could possibly be and very easy access with clear instructions. Bus stops outside make it really easy to get to the city. Kitchenette is small and limited but kettle and coffee pod machine (with 6 complimentary) pods were very welcomed. (This was for Highgate)

The apartment is very well located, near Paddington and Edgware Road stations. The messaging service works very well and is very fast. Check-in and check-out were very easy to manage. The apartment is very small, the mattress is very soft, and it was very hot inside the room with no way to regulate the temperature (we could only lower the temperature by opening the window). We didn't use the kitchenette, but it seemed to have few utensils. The apartment is in very good condition and very clean. We liked the apartment very much, but the quality/price ratio is low.

Great apartment near Hyde Park. Spacious enough for 2 people, very clean and comfortable and close to multiple tube stations, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Great to have a washer and dryer in the building to use. Office Staff were very nice and quick to respond to inquires. Had an early morning arrival and staff went over and above to put our apartment on the priority cleaning list so we could check in a few hours earlier.

I’ve stayed with Concept for numerous years but this was my worst visit yet. There was damage / scuffs in the room (flat) I stayed in which I sent an email to them to ensure I wouldn’t be charged or blamed upon checkout. Up to now there has been no acknowledgment or response. Throughout my stay the neighbouring guests next door and above were making so much noise to the point I was losing sleep and I have received no response up until now about that either. They need better soundproofing or have better control of the guests they allow to stay in their properties. Really disappointed this time because I used to love staying here but since Nicole left the company, the service isn’t what it used to be. Also the front door was hard to open at times. Only giving one because of the location was ideal to where I needed to be that weekend and the cleaner was really nice and friendly when I saw him.

Nice apt. Everything you need for a short stay. Well located. Quietest sleep I've had in London! We were in apt no. 10 - bedroom at back. Very nice newly refurbished bathroom and lovely big fluffy towels. Able to leave bags in room from 1130 which was so handy. Early check in of 2pm very good too. Negatives were mattress was extremely hard and pillows very lumpy. It's a shame as otherwise a great stay for a great price!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Very good, but I know that's how it is in London, but the 130cm bed is a bit small for two and lacks a little comfort. A small topper would make it more comfortable, or even a better mattress. Otherwise, there's plenty of storage and the kitchen is well-designed.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a stay in London. I had apt 7 which had the amazing outside space directly accessed via a half glass door. It is decorated to a really high standard including hallways etc. the apartments are self check in and you receive the details a few days before your due to arrive. All of this worked perfectly with no hiccups or difficulties. The situation and location of these apartments suited me as I was on the district line to Wimbledon and also all the facilities of Bayswater on hand. So in summary I’m so glad I got to stay here as it made my trip to London a major success. Thank you Ian

The accommodation was perfect in every way: location, size, cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed, and the fully equipped kitchen area. I will definitely return to this apartment if I go back to London. Just one suggestion: it's very common to check out and spend the day in London, and there's no way to leave your luggage. It would be helpful if they provided some lockers for luggage storage.

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and 1 bathroom en suite, small covered balcony with a view of the street, small and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large living area. Super clean, tastefully decorated, floor-to-ceiling windows, light and blinds with modern control panels. In the bedroom with bathroom en suite you will find the air conditioning for the bedroom and on/off switch for the towel heater in the bathroom in the wardrobe. There is a YouTube video for underfloor heating. Maybe a small information folder would be good for the existing technology. The apartment is centrally located right next to the subway and stop, shops and restaurants/cafés on the street. The apartment was great, not “shabby”. We would want to live there again.

What makes it stand out from others are these, relatively quiet private place and very reliable excellent office staff I can depend on whenever I needed their help. Especially Nicole is very professional, thoughtful and considerate. Maintenance people are very quick to react to my needs when necessary. Other charm is the surroundings, leafy small park in front of the building (across the street), which makes me feel relaxed when going in and out of the building. Room facility is simple yet well equipped and sufficient to my rather fussy needs. It's a perfect base for daily life in London.

We stayed in the first-floor apartment overlooking the street for two nights. We found it clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's true that the bed is small (but as is often the case in London, and it's noted on the website), but it's comfortable and has two pillows. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and convenient for the tube. Highly recommended!

Everything is nice except the bed bugs,, Me and my girlfriend were satisfied when we arrived here. But after first night it became nightmare. Second morning we found few bugs are on the bed sheet, So we caught them. So I asked to the office by email but they didn’t answer. Also I couldn’t use the drying machine, so I tried to call them to fix two things but they didn’t catch the call... Now it is 4am at 4th night and I can’t sleep because just I catched more than 8 bugs... I thought the staff I met when we arrived is very kind and the room is quite well organized and clean, so you guys can refer my honest experience. Thank you if you read my long story.

We rented a Concept Studio apartment via Booking. The apartment was clean and there was everything you needed for eating and washing. There was coffee and tea available too. As we booked during the summer it was hot in the apartment but there was still a fan available. It's clearly not the quietest but it's very appreciable. The apartment had very few views, which was nice. We were able to leave our suitcase from 11 a.m. on the day of rental, which is cooler and avoids having to wait the usual 3 p.m. I would go back without asking any questions 👍
