GoogleI moved to London a year and a half ago from Glasgow and Concept Studio Apartments were the first agency I used. I have to say that in terms of communication, paperwork and maintenance they are absolutely flawless. Due to this I stayed for 3 x 6 month contracts. The Flats are clean, secure and in terms of location, i was near Hyde Park which made my commute and weekends so convenient. I would recommend these guys without hesitation!

GoogleExcellent location (2 minute walk to Earl’s Court station) modern and clean apartments. However our stay was during the summer months where temperatures were around 25 degrees in London. With no air conditioning in our room this meant spending time in the apartment was very uncomfortable. We would definitely stay again during cooler periods.

GoogleThe unit has been nicely restored and is in great condition. The position is handy to tubes stations, buses and the beautiful parks.On the negative there was no toaster and very limited kitchen utensils. We were never going to cook up a main meal but feel as an apartment it was lacking in basics.

GoogleThe location was difficult to find. Especially since everything was so close together and there was no exit sign with the name on it. For the rest, “everything” is nearby, such as Westfield, metro station and many buses. It can sometimes be very noisy, but there is a park just opposite the hotel.

GoogleBeautiful, delicious newly renovated apartment in a lovely area. It was all worth it to have your own kitchen on holiday. The area was quiet and pleasant and with the underground you could get to everything you could want in less than 10 minutes. Really a wonderful place, close to city life, shopping and restaurants. We would love to come again.

GoogleGrate flats very well decorated comfortable bed everything you need for your stay. In an ideal place not far from the tube station in Nottingham Hill not far Portobello Market.

GoogleMe and and my boyfriend booked a deluxe studio apartment for our anniversary. The apartment itself was clean and tidy although there were these horrible plastic windows which allowed barely any light in. Also we were up all night due to the rain being incredibly loud on these windows which was a shame because we were tired for the rest of our trip. Maybe the rooms upstairs are better but we were very disapppointed and sad.

GoogleI loved how new and clean everything is. The kitchen is well equipped. I only missed a bread toaster but well for the price you can say that the facilities are very good. GoogleI really enjoyed my stay with you, the studio was spotless, everything new and fresh. The wifi worked great as did Netflix and iplayer The electric hob was a bit tricky, would have been great with some instructions. The only real inconvenience was the tiny table, there was enough space for a much larger one, maybe also a comfortable chair?

GoogleModern and functionally furnished small room with a private bathroom and mini kitchen in a quiet and stylish apartment building. Good facilities with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay (fridge, stove, microwave, dishes). Cleanliness and maintenance could be a little better.

GoogleVery nice location, close to Kensington Garden and close to the tube. Large apartment by UK standards. Unfortunately we were given the room underground, we had a window but we could hear all the outside noises. Very high prices, as is the case throughout London!

GoogleWhat a delightful find . Lovely and clean and cosy with a nice feeling that you are at home. Perfect location with the shops ten minutes away. Coffee laid on all you need to do is un pack and sit back and enjoy yourself .
