Small but complete rooms with everything you need, including the small and functional bathroom. Strategic point very close to the metro, however non-existent service, as soon as we arrived in the room it was clear that the sheets had not been replaced as they were full of hair and fur, although I immediately contacted the number that can be used on holidays, I was told that they would do so immediately, after Little did they tell me that they would be coming the next day, which never happened. It's a shame because the place and the rooms are really worth it.

We stayed here for 7 nights and have many compliments, starting with the wonderful location, close to everything! I also imagined that the room would be smaller but it is not. It still has a very functional bathroom and a kitchen with all the basic items we need for practical meals. The apartment is very safe, the bed is comfortable, and there is a fan and iron. When we needed help, the staff answered and helped us, this is also a positive point. We recommend the Concept Studio to anyone wanting a good stay in London, and look forward to staying here again.

It was very comfortable for my trip, it was efficient and very practical. The location was excelllent, in a nice colorful part of the city, Edgeware road and Marylbone and less than five minutes form the underground. Really loved it. If I were to criticize, I would only say that I wish they had a toaster in the kitchenette.

Small but well equipped and clean studio in Inverness Terrace. The walk-in shower is great! The area is ideal as there are two tube stations close by (Bayswater and Queensway) and a bus passes in front of the building. Restaurants nearby and the small Sainsbury's supermarket is very good (bread and pastries for example). The only negative point about the accommodation is that there is poor soundproofing. Earplugs essential if you are a light sleeper and if your neighbors are noisy.

The appartment was exactly like pictured in Booking. Very clean and organized, which is the most important factor for me. Equiped with the basics( iron, hairdryer, coffe machine etc). All I found missing was a kitchen towel and some space for the utensils to dry. We also liked very much the location, very nice neighbourhood with coffe shops, pharmacy, pubs, convenience stores and close to a tube station. All in all super satisfied, we recommend it and will choose it again for our next visit.

Very nice and a clean place Enjoyed the pacilities The location is great -didnt receive a mail 3 days before arrival and the code to enter the building was not correct, didn't have the room number, was waiting long time out side until one of the cleaning girls helped me by contacting the place because on Sunday their office is closed and there was ko other way to connect unless the girl helped and apparently it happens often to customers -after 2 days of use the sink in the bathroom was blocked -basement apartment doesn't have a good wifi connection nor good internet connection of my sim Except of these 3 things I loved the stay and very quiet place. Loved the fact I could leave my luggage at the office on departure day. Very nice crue I will come to your apartments again Thank you

The small “studio” was excellent the owners are clearly bothered about high standards. The value for money factor was very impressive too. London hotels are taking advantage of tourism with rates that are far too high. The studio room was immaculate, very comfortable and super clean. The shower was probably better than the London Hilton! Please do try these guys you will not be disappointed and Bayswater underground is an instant route into central London just a couple of minutes from Inverness Terrace. A couple of stops and you are in town. What could be better? Five stars from us and to be honest we are very hard to please!!! * * * * *

Pros: the apartment was quite clean and well-equipped, it made it very easy for us to cook small dishes in times of need. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes walk away from Hyde Park and from 2 Tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway). Also the costumer service was very thoughtful and the response was always quick when we needed. Cons: we were put in the 3rd floor, which was quite a lot of stairs to go up/down with heavy luggage (even without it, it was a bit of a hassle). I wish they would have real heating instead of only floor heating, but once they made it work it was fine. Overall, great place to stay with a good cost-benefit!

We stayed 3 weeks, it was a very nice place and has an excellent location. However the dryer didn’t work in the second week, so we could not dry our clothes when we washed them, which was annoying, and they didn’t fix it. Also in our last week they didn’t clean our apartment and didn’t change our towels and sheets, and even though we tried to maintain it clean, it was getting dirtier, and we didn’t like that.

Small but very comfortable apartment with everything you need to spend a weekend. Very well located. As a negative point, upon arrival (after 3:00 p.m. and therefore at check-in time) our room was not ready, we found it dirty and messy. We had to leave our suitcases and return after a while. We tried to contact reception to find an explanation, who took 24 hours to respond to our email. They offered us late check-out as compensation.

Great location in a quiet district (despite the fact that it is the center), very close to the underground and bus stops. Very clean room, perfectly equipped. The room even had an iron and ironing board, coffee, tea, towels, a hair dryer, and sets of soaps and bath liquids in the bathroom. Contact with the landlords perfect and immediate - everything beautifully explained. The apartment is perfect, we will definitely come back. Greetings to the owners!

Nicole met us at the apartment to make sure everything was perfect and gave us a wonderful recommendation for the citymapper app to help us find our way around London.
