Dear SeleneThank you for your enquiry but I’m unsure who you are and what property this relates. We have looked into our systems and cannot track your name. Is your tenancy agreement under another name. Please kindly get in contact with our office on 0203 600 1906 and we can see if you are one of our tenants and if so try and rectify the problem you have regarding the furnishings.
