GoogleThere are many estate agents in Shad Thames /TowerBridge area and I would only recommend 2. One of which is Cluttons. Mostly due to George Barker whom I found to be extremely helpful, straightforward and professional.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Cluttons and the whole team. Early on George Barker, and then principally Alex Chapalain, guided us smoothly through the various twists and turns of the process and overall the decisions made on competitive pricing and marketing delivered us the ideal buyer.

TrustpilotNo deposit returned after 7 weeks
After 7 weeks, still no deposit returned, yet there's no problem with the flat. Islington Council returned the overpaid Council tax within a fortnight, ditto every utility company - smooth and painless process with them, esp Sky who were brilliant. Just rude emails from Cluttons, blaming everyone else and apologising that I "feel" this is poor management.

GoogleAssistance from Cluttons team, in a selling process, has been very high, on all respects: market search, advice on selling opportunities, selection of best buyer. In the administrative tasks they were very professional and of help. They were of nice support in the letting stage, too.

All round very disappointing. Sales marginally better than property maintenance but only just. Unresponsive. High turn over of staff. Very frustrating to deal with. I thought it was maybe just our experience but looking at other reviews I can see it’s not. I won’t use going forwards

Really poor customer service. Withheld deposit on departure from rental for no reason. Ignored several e-mails and VMs. Then attempted to blame coronavirus.E-mailed there managing partner and hot an automated response. Eventually sorted more than 50 days after vacated property.No response/apology from managing partner. Self evident that poor customer service comes from the top.
