GoogleHorrible...horrible service.You always speak to an answering machine. The stairs in the building are rarely cleaned. Try to see a member of staff is like meeting the Queen. They charges horrendous amount of money for rent. Repairs people never turn up even in an emergency. A real disaster. A disaster.

Googledon't like replacing broken things, which are not repairable. leaving tenants with no hot water and heating for over 1 year.

GoogleClarion Housing ignore tenants' concerns, even when people are at risk and fail to act, offering empty words as compensation for years of misery. Ultimately, they leave tenants completely powerless, since there is no-one else to turn to.

Googlethere's is no word to describe how disgusting circle housing service is .. disgraceful..shame on you circle housing or old Ford (whatever your organisation name is). one thing for sure I will never ever agree another tenancy agreement with this housing nor I will advice anyone to do.

GoogleClarion sells unsafe new homes with out building regulations. Investigations found no insulation and fire stopping in cavity walls. Clarion's department deems this acceptable and refuses to take responsibility. The Government needs to clampdown on this company.

GoogleWorst housing association ever. I have been a tenant for 40 years and live in a street property which circle 33 seem to have forgotten about. They are only interested in estates and not much else. Poor company with even worse contractors and staff.

GoogleWould rather rate zero stars but unable too. Very poor customer care even worse care for the homes they rent out to social housing tenants. Avoid at all costs. Repairs sub standard. I regret coming to housing association from council.
