Had a fantastic stay at one of City Relay properties in Chelsea. Great apartment, perfect for a family of three, very clean, with lots of sunlight. Location could not be any better, just off Fulham Road, I’m heart of Chelsea, close to both South Kensington and Gloucester Rd tube stations. Everyone working for City Relay were very helpful. Especially William who checked us in and was at the property to meet us ahead of arranged meeting time. And Akim who organised the scheduling. Great company with excellent communication. Excellent apartment, very clean. Everything you need is in this apartment. Spacious apartment with full kitchen. The Villa contain 4 apartments ( A,B,C,D) I stayed in B . This apparently just 2 minutes to the bus station leading to Hyde Park. As well as the underground station 2 minutes walk ( Royal Oak) , it takes you to everywhere . Close to the apartment, four minutes away, is a big supermarket (waitrose and partners)with everything you need, seven minutes away from Tesco Express. There are restaurants and cafes very close to the apartment. Best of all is the quick response from the staff. I recommend this apartment. I will return to her.I want to thank the kind persons Melissa and Josephine. I appreciate their help.

It was a great stay ! Akim, Viktor and Laura were very helpful and really professional ! We were late at the pick up apointment. No problem for them ! We had a phone number. We sent them a message and they imediately arranged a new time and directly in front of the apartment ! The flat was great and very clean. As soon as we had a question, we sent them a message and 5 minutes later we had an answer !!!! We really recommend this team ! My stay at 75 Watling Street residence was truly amazing. Everything about this property is great - excellent location, more than generous space for a family of four, easy access and very good service. First of all the property is located next to St. Paul, the Tate is just across the river and two underground stations nearby provide quick access to the whole city. The neighbourhood is modern and feels very safe. The address is on a small street that is closed for traffic Monday to Friday, there are two amazing coffee shops in under 100 meters radius and a food store just around the corner in a nearby mall.The place looks very contemporary and is equipped with everything you'd find at your own home - fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and other small appliances. There's even a Netflix subscription on the TV. You can enjoy your mornings on a huge terrace and as the apartment is on the top floor only the sky is above you. All of that at a very competitive price given that we made our reservation quite late.We had two small issues at first - couldn't find the key to the garbage disposal downstairs and the password for the wifi - thanks to Akim, Ana and Matilde from City Relay those were sorted in a matter of minutes. Literally 5 minutes after I sent them an email a guy knocked on the door with a screwdriver in one hand and a key in the other, bolted a hook on the wall and there you go.The only thing that bothered me a bit was that it gets really hot in the afternoon if you happen to be there and not sightseeing around London. There is an air conditioner but it's quite noisy so we didn't use it much. However I don't see this as a major issue so still five stars from me and my family and a firm recommendation to those who seek a good fair priced place to stay in Central London.

Stayed 17th - 24th June 2022. Our stay was perfect right from check in! We arrived at the property at 11pm and Akim was already there waiting to meet and greet us! Akim was awesome, took time walk us through the property and even had time for a small chat about getting around and the general area. The property was very clean, tastefully furnished, clean linens and very comfortable. Location is perfect, very easy to get into central London, walking distance from buses, train station and local shops and the Broadway that had loads of restaurants. Would stay here again if our travels takes us back to London. Highly recommend this property.

The stay was fantastic. The apartment is located in great location. We were received by Akim. He was so friendly and welcomed us with such warmth. We got little late to arrive but he waited patiently for us and made sure that we are absolutely comfortable before he left. Akim literally asked us all the requirement as we had a things which didn’t seems comfortable. He then liaison with hi City Relay colleagues like Matilde, Ana and Laura and ensured that all the required things are delivered to us. Matilde, Ana and Laura made sure we required things are delivered to us even at 10pm. The whole team is really very good and ensured that our stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and the description was very accurate. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Akim was very helpful and was able to assist with a late check in that was required on our end due to a flight delay. He also made sure to check in with us during our stay which was a nice touch.We booked a number of accommodations for our team in London. The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. 10 minutes’ walk to King’s Cross passing through Coal Drops Yard, a newly developed and vibrant place.The City Relay team was helpful indeed. Ana was responsive with my questions. Knowing that we were arriving at Heathrow at 07:50, Akim was so nice to have arranged for us an early check-in at 09:30. When we arrived Heathrow, I called City Relay for check-in instructions. Roland called back in no time and gave us directions to the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. Great team! I’ve been impressed in my dealings with Akim at City Relay. Most management companies and agents offer a minimum service for maximum returns. City Relay operates in a way which is much more human, there is a much higher level of attention to landlords and guests and to personalised strategies for letting your place.Full disclosure, I was about to sign up with City Relay as a landlord, when I received a long term let offer from another agency. I opted for the offer on the table, but honestly I wish I had known about City Relay earlier - I wouldn’t have thought I would have trusted a company to look after my property on short term lets, but I would have trusted City Relay.
