GoogleWe stayed for one week in this perfect located quiet and private apartment. Many grocery shops, bus stops and various underground stations very nearby. The team of City Relay gave good instructions and were very active, quick and polite in communication by WApp. Thanks to Akim and his team for making this week unforgettable!

I have recently listed my flat for short letting with City Relay and they have been excellent. There are lots of short letting agencies in London and it can be difficult to pick one. I shortlisted four and picked City Relay because they were the most responsive, flexible and comprehensive in their approach.Their onboarding team, led by Katie Evans, have been extremely efficient at preparing the flat, identifying any outstanding issues and solving them. This has been particularly important to me, since I live in Australia, so I need someone I can rely on to manage the property in my absence.

The apartment was centrally located, very convenient due to its proximity to the overground station. It was clean and in good general condition. We needed a second set of keys, and Akim and his team were very quick and helpful in providing it. Thank you.

I recently changed from letting my central London flat long-term to a short and medium term basis. I needed a specialist agency for this and chose CityRelay partly because, unusually it seems, they have a maintenance department in-house. This turned out to be very useful as a number of small but important matters needed to be fixed quickly. In organising this and a number of other preparatory measure, and more generally in βon-boardingβ my flat, I was greatly assisted by Rashmi Borikar. Rashmi provided prompt and practical advice and swift follow-up. She was always available for any query, had a can-do attitude to getting things done, and was a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAmazing , really as expected , very clean , all equipments are there , ( exclude washing machine) what ever you need in your stay you will find in the apartment , all are almost new very modern style , space are great comparing to london apartments , location is 20 mints walking distance to marble arch and oxford street . the apartment access is secured . staff of city relay where helpful , fast to respond . would recommend it , and book again . π

GoogleI wanted to give my brother a surprise since he is a huge Chelsea fan, so I decided to pamper him and booked a property through City Relay, knowing they offer beautiful accommodations. It turned out to be the perfect property situated on Redcliff Road in the heart of Chelsea. The entire process, from booking the property to being checked in by an agent, was seamless. The property was well cleaned, and all the amenities like coffee pods, tea, water, etc. were provided. The experience throughout our stay was nothing short of amazing. I canβt thank City Relay enough for how smooth our stay was. The house was amazing but it was the service leading up to our stay that was incredible. Because we were flying in from Malaysia for our stay we needed to arrange our Day 2 PCR Tests. Akim helped me with arranging those to be posted to them and hand delivered to us on checkin. Akims communication the entire time made it such a stress free experience. At checkin they gentleman was kind and patient as I need to provide further details to them. The whole experience was wonderful. Iβd happily trust and use them again. A special thanks to Akim. Thank you!

The apartment was great! The view is truly stunning and the location is very convenient for the tube. Having a grocery shop nearby is a plus too if you are traveling with children. Thanks to Akim for all his help with the logistics around arrival and departure.

They're a lovely boutique management company! My flat is well managed by them for nearly 3 years now.....the host team needs a special mention, Oona is the senior manager who is prompt in replies and gets the job done efficiently. Also to mention Akin who is part of host team and covers the weekends....I had an urgent matter needing taken care of in my property today and he got it sorted straight away! He was quick to communicate and followed it through the end. This especially me being abroad, how much this kind of service is appreciated and gives us hosts a peace of mind. Wish them all the success.

City Relay is our second agent that has handled our flat in Notting Hill. Our initial agent went bust sadly, and City Relay has taken up the reigns and done very well indeed. They are very very thorough, and do everything properly, from top to toe, and it's run extremely professionally, so just be prepared, and there's no cutting corners! so at least you know that you're in safe hands. I even popped into the office in Notting Hill as I'd buggered up the keys (my fault) and I met Oona and the team. Their photographer was great, and we leave our home to them for roughly 2 - 3 months every year from December- February . December alone , we had 25 nights booked , which was rather surprising , and the fees and bookings you can see clearly. You hear some nightmare stories, about agencies, but thankfully , this isn't one of them. They get back to you promptly too which is always a good sign. Highly recommended .

Everything was perfect with the CIty Relay staff. The apt was almost perfect. The owner of the plat needs to get a new sofa as someone had stained it pretty bad and there needs to be a few more cooking amenities, eg pasta strainer, coffee cups, and salt and pepper. Other than that the flat was great.

The best flat and service I could have found!Having just finished two weeks up at Glasgow for COP26 climate negotiations and a few days of sight seeing, I had a last minute change to come down to London before flying back home to MΔui, Hawai'i. I really wanted and needed this flat and was coming to London in the most inconvenient time. I also had some technical difficulties with the app and reservation system, but Akim totally helped me out on both sides and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience, into the best 10 days I could have had in London.As a former CEO and now the Co-Founder and President of a larger corporation, I know talent and ambition when I see it. Thanks Akim for making this reservation and trip to London perfect. You will never understand how helpful you were... Seriously.

Location is central and really nice. The flat looks also nice. Communication with Akim was easy and fast.The bed is rather small for 2 people and not very comfortable. Unfortunately it was also not super clean, there was a lot of dust under the bed.
