I'm a host with City Relay. They are fantastic at managing my property, thoroughly recommend. They go above and beyond to resolve guest issues and give a premium experience, unlike some other short let management companies I have used in the past. Oona is my property manager and is always very polite and friendly. She is always very communicative and helpful when inevitable issues arise. Akim was recently very helpful in resolving the wifi being down. He was communicative and fixed the issue quickly to the guest's delight. City Relay are an excellent team!

We were looking for a base in London while we had to quarantine after arriving to London from Russia. We found a property that we liked on Air B’n’B, a flat with equipped kitchen and a garden space (gold-dust in London) booked it, paid for it, only to be advised the next morning that the booking had been cancelled. My selfie was out of date.So, having previously worked at booking.com, I could identify that this was via an agency.I contacted City Relay and made a direct booking via their website. Members of their team (Ana) contacted me in advance to check arrival time. When I explained our situation, and my concerns that there would be lengthy queues at the border they were understanding. On arrival day Akim contacted us to advise that he’d be meeting us. He was there to offer a friendly greeting while he showed us the apartment. A smiling face is always welcome after a long and stressful journey. Although we have our own property nearby we cannot stay in it, so CityRelay have provided an excellent base. The property is relatively clean, with spotless linen, comfortable furniture and ample towels. It’s like a home from home. The excellent service shone through when we were having problems finding a slot for a grocery delivery service. Government advisers said that we should just get takeaways!!! We booked a Click and Collect shop from our local supermarket and Akim was our savior - he collected it for us and delivered it to our door, giving up his own time on a Saturday. Ok, CityRelay charged for the service, but lengthy calls to NHS Volunteers or ordering an Uber would have been the same. He really helped us and demonstrated excellent customer service, which in these challenging times is something to be rewarded.

Choose city relay without any doubt!!!! From the online viewing to the contract signature everything good. Leonie Berclaz was in charge of my dossier. She did only good things for me, she did the best to arrange me every-time etc and help me. She don't let me in a bad situation she always have a solution!!!!! GoogleWe schedule a viewing for a property with Julia and she was the kindest and loveliest person. We got there and she was waiting for us outside the flat with everything ready so we could have the smoothest experience! She paid attention to all details beforehand like turning on the lights, opening all the curtains and terrace so we could have a better appreciation of the flat! Overall, the studio was a nice and cosy place to stay, and quite conveniently located in Central London. However, there were a few issues that could be improved upon. Firstly, the blinds did not have a clutch and bead chain, which made it difficult to lift them up and let natural light in. As a result, I had to rely on artificial lighting most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. Secondly, there was no Freeview TV available, only Netflix. While this wasn't a huge issue for me, it might be something to consider for future guests who may prefer more options for entertainment. Finally, it would have been nice to have a bedside rug for added comfort. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with thoughtful amenities (e.g. water, towels, toiletries, utensils) but these improvements would make it even better. I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by the City Relay team during my stay. Their quick and helpful responses to my inquiries, especially by George and Mutinta, were commendable and greatly appreciated. It's always reassuring to have a responsive and reliable team available to assist with any issues that may arise.
