Very enjoyable stay

Apartment on first floor with stairs is bright, spacious and comfortable. Location is 8 minutes walk to Earl’s Court tube station. Takes 45 minutes to ride on Piccadilly line to Heathrow and only costs £1.5 (with Oyster card off-peak). There is a 24-hr convenient store downstairs. Many cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer is a bonus. Beware, Nespresso machine needs an adapter to function!

Our Experience was great

Our Experience was great. This was a booking we made 24 hour before we arrived in the UK, We wanted early check in and the contact for the property always replies immidiately and bent backward to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is nice cozy and clean, All white bedsheets, white comforters and Fluffy white towels and lots of towels too. Hot water, Huge rooms. We needed somewhere central because we had young adults in our group, great location close to the train station, close to high streets, We will stay there again .whenever we are in the U.K

My wife and I rented a City Relay flat…

My wife and I rented a City Relay flat in Stoke Newington for a week. The location of the flat for us was prefect. It was just one Overground stop from our Granddaughters flat. The Overground was just 1 1/2 blocks from the Flat with lots of food stores, restaurants and shops close by. One thing to be aware of is that because it was close to the Overground there were two sets of tracks right outside of the flat. This didn't seem to bother us but if the weather was hot and you wanted to open windows and doors the sound might be a concern.We meet an agent provided by Akim at check-in. This was very helpful as the Apartments are a bit of a maze so it can be confusing to find. The agent was very helpful walking us through the flat and making sure things were as they should be. She was also so kind as to help us with the luggage!The flat was as pictured and was very comfortable. WiFi was good and speedy too. The only issue came when we were leaving. An agent was to meet us and get the keys and walk through the flat. When it came time to leave no agent appeared. We were not able to contact anyone, though we tried several time, about what to do with the keys so we left the flat unlocked with the keys inside. About 30 minutes after we left we received an email asking us to take the keys to a grocery store about .8 miles away. This didn't seem all that professional, asking us to go somewhere to leave the keys when we had asked what to do with the keys at checkout more than once. Otherwise we would certainly rent this flat again, mainly because of the location and how close it is to our granddaughter's flat.

Excellent Service

I rented a flat near Portobello Road with Cityrelay through Booking.com. The flat was really spacious and clean. I loved the internal design and decor, with its nice paintings. the location was good in a quite neighborhood and close to two underground stations. the check-in process was very professional and smooth. the guy checked us in (William) was very friendly and helped us carry heavy suitcases to the first floor where the flat is located. he didn’t leave until he made sure everything was clear and sorted out for us. During my stay, the City Relay team were responsive and attended to my inquiries in a timely manner. I texted them asking about how to adjust the heater, and they immediately called and explained the process to me. special thanks to Matilde, George, Marina and Alvaro, and their supervisor Akim for their great service.

I stayed at their flats in West London. Website is accurate and flats are not misrepresented like on Airbnb. They are very responsive to any queries. And they offer a good airport pick-up service so you don't have to worry about check-in arrangements. One time my chosen flat was no longer available due to plumbing problem and they upgraded me to better flat. Good job!

Having City Relay as the management company for our Airbnb was fantastic. Their office was nearby and all the staff were professional and very helpful. It made a big difference to our 12 day stay and was reassuring when I made the booking, that we would be dealing with City Relay not a landlord. A pleasurable stay

Stayed at the 75 Watling Street address for a month. On entering the property there were a few issues with the blinds not working but the issues were fixed.The apartment is a good size for 2 people.Matilde and Laura were on the case with any issues that needed fixing.It’s a keyless entry system and you get your details by email and it’s pretty straightforward to enter your property. Watling Street is a vibrant old London Street with great places to eat and drink.The view of St Paul’s Cathedral is stunning early in the morning and at dusk.You’re bang in the heart of the city so plenty of shops and places to eat and drink if you don’t want to do so in Watling Street.St. Paul’s station and Mansion House station are within minutes walking distance.Would definitely stay here again just for the location of the property.

Great location and services!! Easy and convenient check-in with Key Nest. We could watch various OTT services on TV and also the room was neat and tidy. Very reasonable price.Of course, it's near the station, so there was some noise and vibration when the train passes, but not such a disturbance. Small washbasin, no lift, and smell of tobacco coming in from outside. That's all weakness and they were compensated by the fabulous services.The service team was excellent and I totally felt comfortable with their effort. Thanks to dedication and kindness from Akim and Customer Experience Team, we could enjoy staying with City Relay. Even there was some mistake with extension of staying, they contacted me with quick and gentle way. They are the one who made us to think that City Relay is reliable and trusted company. I wish a luck and wellness of him and his team.
