Nothing but a simple and great experience using City Relay. Callum Upchurch was very attentive and made sure my house mate and I were always attended to when we needed it. Being from abroad meant there were multiple complications in getting approved but Callum made sure to assist as much as possible to get everything sorted and across the line. Can highly recommend using City Relay to find your next place.

The accommodation was booked via the app, and the confirmation email arrived shortly after. City Relay is very easy to use once all your information is uploaded (security purposes). Keys are then collected at Check-In and dropped off at Check-Out from the same designated store/shop (instructions given via the app).

Alma, Matilda & Siobhan are wonderful hosts. Checkin was very smooth. The hotel is comfortable and cosy. Location wise you couldn't ask for better. It's just 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube and is surrounded by a wonderful selection of bars, restaurants & stores. I would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment was great. Nice space, clean and very well situated. The neighborhood was very nice, with lots of possibilities to eat or drink, or to just watch the London life unfold. There was an undergroundstation nearby, so we could easely travel to anywhere in London. At arrival we had some difficulties to enter the apartment, due to misinformation of the agency where we booked. Eventually, City Relay resolved the problem.
